Thank you for recommending the carnivore diet, Doc. I've primarily been eating beef, and it's been very satisfying compared to other meats. I've stuck with this diet for two weeks now, along with four days of OMAD fasting. Feeling great, and I've already lost 5 pounds.
Wet fasting 16:8 ..ate nuts( not cashew and peanut 😉) ,meat ,fish ,3 eggs a day, dark chocolate ,black coffee with a pinch of himalayan salt, vege salad with chickpeas ,fermented food is a must for me(everyday ),yogurt unsweetened..2 in 1 coffee added powdered chia seed and flax seed ...AND TURMERIC POWDER !

Since Feb 2023 I have stopped my maintenance meds for BP because my BP has normalized. 2 months ago I started with Keto Carnivore Diet. However, when I had my blood exam today my cholesterol is elevated, also the blood úrico acid. But hemoglobin and hematocrit are low. Pls advice. Thank you.❤️

I tried carnivore diet,, beef, bacon, butter and eggs himalayan salt. it's true! 1st day plang nawala mga sakit katawan ko,,then nde ako bad breath khet bago gising and no toothbrush,,, then after a week, i poop sobra smooth and soft,, pero after that,, it took 2weeks na for me to poop and nagkaroon ako ng mga red spots sa legs and arms,, bakit kaya dok?

What's your take on timing your fasting with women's hormone. For women that are premenopausal and post menopausal. Women are experiencing muscle dystrophy and hair loss for this type of age bracket that are doing intermittent fasting.Theres actually a new book called "fast like a girl". It also talks about feeding your microbiome. I am for fasting I think it's a great diet and it's free but there are downsides.

Ur a doctor why u always advised us eating red pork meats are good for low carbs. Thats not good for kidney problems cause thats a protiens content. Not good for seniors we must be moderate to pork meat. Vegetables is better good that pure meat.
