    White rum before seasoning makes the scent disappear. I use Bacardi white rum. There will be no scent. Great tip from my mom.

    Did you squeeze each goat meat when placing it in another bowl ? Or you just transferred it into another mixing bowl?

    • @kitchenroyalty4847
      @kitchenroyalty4847  Год назад

      Yes, I did. You want to squeeze the water out and place it in a different bowl to start the marinade process. Check out our website for your dry Seasonings and freshly blended one at www.kitchenroyalty.com

    When you said you boil the water real good, for how long? When you rinsed the goat after it had the boiled hot water poured on it, was it with cold water? Where did you buy the bucket for cleaning the goat in?

    • @kitchenroyalty4847
      @kitchenroyalty4847  3 года назад +1

      Hey Wanda, thank you for commenting.
      You can boil it for 30 minutes or until you smell the parsley/thyme in the water. You can rinse it with cold or lukewarm water. You can get it at Walmart. I hoped my answer was helpful.

    Why do you cut out the insides (seeds) of the tomatoes?

    • @kitchenroyalty4847
      @kitchenroyalty4847  5 лет назад +2

      Thanks for commenting!
      I cut out the inside of the tomatoes because you don't want all that seeds in your food.When you're cooking, your food have to taste good and look good at the same time.I do the same for bell peppers. I hope I answered your question.Thank you again!!

    Why remove the fat?is ghd gamey smell there?

    • @kitchenroyalty4847
      @kitchenroyalty4847  2 года назад

      Thank you for commenting🥰 goat is a musky meat regardless if it’s fat or the meat itself. I removed the fat because it’s the proper way to clean your goat meat, and I wouldn’t want to add that inside of my body. Stick with the meat avoid the fats. I hope that answers your questions.
