  • Fast pizza, like a real Italian from a pizzeria! Of course, real delicious pizza starts with dough! And here the main thing is that the dough is crispy with hollow sides that are not clogged with dough. I share a recipe for a quick pizza, time-tested.
    Pizza "Diablo" is my favorite and fully justifies its name.
    This is a devilishly delicious dish that is recommended to all fans of "fire-breathing" cuisine.

    The dough is as similar as possible to normal Italian pizza dough.
    Even those who are very picky (like me) will be satisfied.
    I can't eat pizza made with all sorts of kefir or curd dough, especially yeast-free. This is no longer pizza, but a simple open pie.
    If the soul of this Italian dish is close to you, then you will appreciate this quick pizza dough.
    I often, quickly, put such a dough in the morning, and in the afternoon you can already feast on it.
    1 portion pizza 24 cm.
    Recipe:
    100 ml warm water
    6g fresh live yeast
    1 tbsp Sahara
    1 tsp salt
    flour until the density of a viscous dough is 130-150 g. The dough should be sticky and viscous, but should not be liquid)
    olive oil 10 g
    For filling:
    Red onion
    Smoked sausage
    fresh tomatoes
    Mozzarella cheese
    pickled hot pepper
    black olives
    Green sweet pepper
    1st proofing in heat 1 hour.
    They crumpled.
    Place immediately in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
    An hour later, we looked into the refrigerator and looked,
    if the yeast is strongly activated and the dough has risen well again, punch it down.
    It is unlikely to rise much more.
    We stand the dough for another 3 hours in the refrigerator with cold proofing.
    After 4 hours, remove the dough from the refrigerator,
    and give it a rounded shape with your hands, expelling air from the center to the edges.
    We put the filling and put in the oven at maximum temperature for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
    P.S.
    In no case do not put milk, eggs, butter, cottage cheese or something similar from milk into the pizza dough. You want to make pizza, not a rich open pie!

      Викуша привет! Да самый лучший из максимально быстрых. Но, честно я ВСЕГДА для себя ставлю на начь в полностью холодной расстойкой на ледяной воде без первичной часовой теплой опары. Только если друзей жде к обеду, а известно стало утром, что заедут, то ставлю быструю пиццу. Все остальное на любой молочке, и особенно без холода и без дрожжей для пиццы не ассматриваю. Просто пиццу очень люблю!
