I think the reason Beth was being put to death for killing Jerry with bees is because of the end of episode 7 season 4 I think Beth found his file named Beeskeepersdelight. I think Jerry touch the forbidden nectar

During his fight with Story Lord, Rick flew using thrust from wrist bands like he did when he wiped out a bunch of Ricks in the flashback sequence in S5E10.

The butter robot part has to be the best of the episode.
Rick and Morty didn’t actually almost die and didn’t actually spend years trying to get home. All of the flash backs, including almost getting killed by Previous Leon, were part of the plan in order to get rick the device. Leon says this when he gives rick and morty their key home
from passing butter to pushing buttons on call is a huge upgrade for such a simple robot i might say
Think the funnier part is that the robot is sentient and could probably do whatever it wants.

I know German usually works by gluing words together but I think this is a coincidence. How does "He sentence" mean substitute?
@@Gr3nadgr3gory Ersatz does not mean "He sentence". Ersatz comes from the German verb "ersetzen" which means "to replace". Hence ersatz in German and English means substitute or replacement. Yes, "Er" in German is "he" and "Satz" is "sentence", but that is not the etymology or meaning of the word ersatz. I'm assuming the original poster was joking.

I felt the writing behind Rhett Con was a bit lazy. Retconning usually involves SOME degree of credibility. Remember the "Darth Vader killed your father" retcon. Obi Wan at least had to invoke some rhetorical tricks to cover for that. For Hulk, they once had to retcon Bruce Banner to have a middle name to cover a naming slipup. The way it was shown in this episode, retconning definitely works, but there's so much missed opportunity for comedy.
