I do believe yoga has helped me maintain my flexibility through the years. There are times I don’t want to pull out my yoga mat so your videos are perfect - consistent practice is what matters. Thank you Rashmi for these exercises I enjoy being with you always when I can I fell on my back an hit my head but I was calling the children but they did not hear flat on my back an hit my head but I manage to get up about 2 am morning time 3 days after I getting slight headache so am not so fit to do exercise but I try today with your mom and grandma thanks
