Hint: To get all the juice of a Orange or lemon, cut fruit in half. Take a teaspoon or table spoon, insert into the fruit, press and rotate while holding over a bowl. Strain if needed.
To get all the juice out of citrus fruit use a citrus squeezer (manual or electric) and then strain, there’s no better, faster or easier way to squeeze all the way to the white flesh.
Also zap the orange in the microwave for a minute or so. Also roll & press the whole orange on the counter before cutting. Both of these methods break up the tissue & release the fluid.

To all of you asking the obvious question, of course you can use sweetened condensed milk, and bypass the first half hour of the recipe. I made this last night. It came together in about five minutes, and it was excellent. Tastes just like a creamsicle.
Well, maybe it's just me but this did not come out. I have a runny mess that I have been whipping for about 20 minutes and it's not doing anything. I started with trying to use monk fruit instead of sugar. That did not work so I started over and I used regular sugar everything was fine until I added that in with the whipping cream. Separately they were fine together it's soup.
Tried this and turned out to be awesome.. thanks a lot for sharing !!

Just an FYI for anybody trying what I tried, if you substitute monk fruit for sugar, this does not come out right. Monk fruit is not an option

how much condensed milk did you use? since milk and sugar obviously loose weight its less than 300ml in volume but not sure how much.
