Here are (some of) the commands I used to make this work. I provide no instructions on what these do or how to use them. If you can't work that out, then you probably aren't smart enough anyway.

Also there is another command for making the bots select a particular item to place, but I can't remember what that is. See above comment about your level of intelligence.

I always wondered how engineers were capable of hearing their stuff getting sapped/destroyed. This still begs the question.
I'm guessing it runs a circuit to the PDA, when the circuit is broken (when the building is getting sapped or is destroyed) this circuit is broken allowing the engie to know what buildings aren't working/been destroyed
my guess is the building has a circuit that reports to the PDA if its getting damaged/sapped
my guess is the engineer's goggles are what allows him to see the hud for his buildings, and they get notified if the building is getting sapped
I mean he can delete his building. I imagine that

This video was made before sappers sapped both teleporters at once. Before buildings other than the sentry could be upgraded. Before buildings could be carried.
i think it would be better if only one teleporter got sapped, it makes no sense for a duplicate sapper to spawn out of thin air on the other side of the map
