I love this lady! Timing is right on for the size of the instant pots. Voice is clear. Gets to the point. Enunciates perfectly. No excess information dragging on and on that does not pertain to her cooking channel.
No over seasoning or saltiness. Just plain healthy cooking for families and time crunched people. Wow, thank you so much. I have tried a few so for, and the more often I use it, the better I get. Thanks for laying out "the learning curve" and all the advice you give. No one wants to waste a failed food meal nowadays.

When you let it natural release are you suppose to turn off the instapot?
You don't know need to do anything! The default is to leave on warm, which is just fine :)
