I've recently started using this and omg me too, my pores look smaller and most of the age spots that appeared this year are almost gone! Definitely something I'm going to keep in my skincare routine
For anyone who has sensitive, dry skin that is not acne prone (but KP & eczema prone), I recommend this product lol Almost allllll products irritate my very sensitive and reactive skin. This did not!
I have been using this product for the past 2 weeks now and my skin has got a lot of pimples on it. I’ll still use it for the whole 3 months and let’s see what happens. Wish me luck guys :(
Hooray for another wonderful review! You are so knowledgeable about the products. Btw...I've been loving your eyeshadow...your face shines just like the sun! xo
Starting using this product and didn’t see immediate results, glad I found this video tho! I will now be patient and try to be consistent with this retinol
I saw a great result after a month. Now retinol became my swear by ingredient. I have tried vitamin c, niacinamide, aha, bha but retinol really helps my skin in term of smooth out my skin texture and acnes.
So i am using The Ordinary 0.2% retinol in squalane and my skin is reacting beautifully and i fell like i could move up to higher potency but I also dont want to waste the product( i still have 1 entire bottle left) . Can you guys please advice me if I put retionol on a dump face would it increacy its potency???
I have a question I was using same retinol it was working good and again I bought same one but it came different this time .. before it was like olive oil color and now it is in white color.. did it change or ?
Thank you for this video. I enjoy your content. So it's okay to use past 3 months? My product is due to expire in the next week but I barely used my retinol, as I had issues with my skin trying to address hyperpigmentation using the ordinary but I get skin irritation at times. I think I have only used it 10 times for the past 3 months. And I don't want to replace it just yet as the bottle is still full but I also don't want to cause damage to my very fragile annoying skin by using an off product. Is there a way to tell if the retinol is still okay to use even though its past the three months suggested. I keep mine in the fridge.
Yes, if it has turned orange and smells rancid then it has definitely expired & you should throw it out. If it's still clear-light yellow and doesn't smell then its fine :) Just remember that the longer you use it past the expiry date the less effective it becomes, so I always try to finish my products no later than 2-3 months after the expiry.
Today I got the retinol 0.2% from the ordinary. Omg I’m using this for the first time since I got lil fine line & wrinkle on my forehead. Really don’t knw how to use it but I’m Gona first wash my face and apply it at night that’s all ! And yeah twice a week ! 😝
@@fever3583 I really don’t knw it’s been a year by now I don’t see any changes. May be this product is protecting u from Getting more wrinkle but I don’t see any diff.

Applying on damp face can risk irritation. Applying on dry skin is safer.
Can i use it after cleansing and toning and before moisturising.. At night?
Hi, do you pat your face with toner before applying the water based serum then retinol?
