Hi, I feel your struggle. I found bread dough hard at the beginning. So many different things to deal with. Your flour, the weather, all sorts. Good rule of thumb is, If it's sticking while it's kneading, it's too wet so gradually add more flour until it pulls away from the sides of the pan. Hope this helps
Thank you. I'll try adding a little extra flour. I add extra when I cook by hand because I have the feel for it, but I don't get that with the breadmaker, because it does it for me. I need to adapt it. Thank you for your help 😊
I buy gluten free frozen pitza from Asda and they are beautiful in the air fryer, much better than in the oven and as Im on my own they are convienent for me rather than making from scratch just for one person
