Hi Maria they look scrumptious, i can't believe how easy they were to make. I noticed you always put a towel on your worktop to protect it, i do the same. I've been doing some baking as my sister and nephew are coming today. I made a Victoria sponge, an egg custard and a Bakewell tart, with doing a few things i did them in the oven. Congratulations on your new subscribers, hope you get a few more, it would be nice for you to make a thousand
I love Victoria sponges and egg custards! Your sister and nephew are in for a treat with all those delicious things. I like cooking in my oven, but I enjoy experimenting in my air fryer. Yes I always put a towel down to protect my worktop from the heat of the pan as it's extremely hot when I get it out. Thank you for your kind words 😊
Just to add to my previous comment, I looked up other recipes for this meal and they all did it differently so it appears there is no right or wrong way!!
What a lovely simple recipe. They looked delicious 😋😋 if I were to bake some for family as a small gift for Christmas. How long would you say they’d stay fresh for? 🥰
They are really tasty! Everyone in my house loves them so I've never kept them for longer than a couple of days. I think if they're kept air tight they should be OK for a week or two.
Re your food being more cooked (burnt?_ on one side you need to have space all around the dish so air can flow freely all around the dish. Make sure there is room for this to happen and that you place the dish centrally in the basket.
I notice my dishes always move when I shut the drawer. It's a nightmare to close, I have to give it a good push to hear it clip in, then I can feel the dish inside move. Thank you for all your helpful advice and for watching 😊
