Love this! I have been a subscriber for a good while. You have an awesome channel with great content. Thank you for the time you take to help us on the vegan journey. You are appreciated.
On a serious note why you dont have a restaurant??? My brother and me picking up our sister in Florida and your awesome meals would be a treat i could surprise them with.
@@thebestindewest It turned out delish! It’s a mock tuna that’s what the seaweed is for to give it that fishy taste. The only thing I did differently was omit the bell pepper. Instead I added red onion and a splash of sweet pickle relish since that’s the way my family makes tuna sandwiches. I love the flavor the green scallions give it. I also let mine chill in the frig for a bit. Hope this helps , enjoy & God bless you
I just made this and it was so easy and DELICIOUS! Please never stop sharing your recipes with us. Clear instructions and always a beautiful, flavorful outcome. Thank you!
I just want to thank you so much for this recipe!! I love it so much I eat it every week it’s so filling and delicious! I made the first time only using one Can of peas, I ate a little for a sandwich and was going to eat some the next day. But my picky daughter had already eaten the rest of it lol . So in learned my lesson and today I used 2 cans of peas for bigger serving just like in the video. God bless!
Thanks hon for another delish, quick & nutritious recipe. Depending on my cravings and fridge contents.... my version may include butter, carrot, garlic, red onion, tahini and even nutritional yeast mixed in 😁
I usually make this and was happy to see you made it as now I can see how to improve my normal recipe . You always have great additions . Thankyou for the video
I’m using celery instead of bell pepper. I’m also using shallots instead of green onion. Last but not least using lettuce and tomatoes as addition for my finished sandwich
Not sure if anyone else asked yet, but how long would you suggest this as be on the fridge or out for? (Curious) Attending a festival and taking my own meals for the day. Thanks!! ❤
It’s good in the refrigerator for a couple days. Once serve it can stay out for a few hours( it honestly not going to go bad just keep the left over in the refrigerator).

I was so hungry and I decided to try this recipe after throwing away a store bought vegan dish. This was delicious.
I’m using celery instead of bell pepper. I’m also using shallots instead of green onion.
Last but not least using lettuce and tomatoes as addition for my finished sandwich
I added avocado as well just because lol
What’s the black thing? And where does it sell

Do you have to cook the scallion and bell pepper?
No
Oh looks yummy delicious what can I substitute for mayo
You can use sour cream, plain/ Greek yogurt.
@@AuthenticPlantbasedEats thank u much😊😘
Thanks for the video. What can be substituted for the roasted nori?
The nori/ seaweed gives a unique taste but you can omit it if you don’t have any on hand.
Where do I find roasted Nori? Never heard of it.
At my local health food store ( Wholefoods supermarket). You can also find it at any Asian supermarket.
When I finish my fast that’s the first thing am making
To get that egg taste I add a little black salt.
