The way folks talk about how much they hate or love the new weapons/weapon variants (i.e M6H vs M6D etc) honestly reminds me of how military members talk about weapons and other tech. And I kind of love it. "The Prowler was literal perfection. Why tf did they phase it out for the Growler?"
In my opinion. There are a ton of possible variants that could be possible for the Mantis. Like a large one with a support ball turret, like ones on WW2 bombers to defend against banshees
This game still looks pretty. I wasn’t taken out of the experience because of the aging graphics. To the contrary, some scenes were surprisingly beautiful (exiting the crash site).

I feel like *most* of Halo 4's artsyle changes are sensible. I like a lot of the changes to the UNSC, I have mixed feelings on the covenant after Halo 3, I don't hate them I just preferred Halo 2's covenant artstyle yet I think it looks cool since it makes them seem a little more brute-esc, and I don't mind that. I don't like the proportions and the shape though. My only issue with the game is the prologue. It could be explained since (I think) cortana modeled chief's new armour after some old models. Honestly his new armour looks cool if you can kinda look over the weird transition. Idk I just like Halo 4 a lot.
The Railgun is one of my all-time favorite weapons, though I prefer its H5 version. Meanwhile, the SAW is a weapon I was EXTREMELY proud to get a multiplayer clip with after trying for ages. But my all-time favorite Halo weapon won’t be something you touch until you get to H4’s Forerunner weapons...
Favorite weapon probably has to be the SAW, it just looks so good (reminds of the turrets from Halo 2), sounds awesome, feels awesome, and cuts down foes in both PvE and PvP with ease - it's just an all-around kick ass weapon. It was also great to finally get a Halo LMG (aside from the CE AR lol). I also really love the railgun and sticky detonator - I hope all of these weapons can return in Infinite.
I’ve said this before on other halo videos and channels but I find it so strange how money and manufacturing contracts still played a role in what could be built. Like the threat of complete annihilation and extinction isn’t as important as money and who gets it.

The shipmaster has a new arm built for 6 later. What covenant based tech/abilities do you think are practical/probable for a covenant built arm?

Yet another fantastic and highly informative video on Halo’s ever expanding armory ! Nicely done ! I actually forgot about the water to hydrogen fact for the Warthog. How does it actually do that ? Also, favorite addition has to be the sticky detonator. The tricks you could pull off with it were nothing short of awesome, not to mention satisfying ! Hope to see it make a return in the future.

Contrary to popular belief, the 343 didn't f*ck up everything. For example, I love their BR/DMR idea, with the BR performing reasonably well at all ranges, while being outclassed by M5D and DMR at their respective ranges.

I'm just curious on why the sniper is gas operated because the 14.5mm would be extremely over gassed for how large the round is. Itd make more sense if it was recoil operated like barrett m82 and other semi auto .50 cal.

That would be its top speed in atmosphere. In space, objects don't have a top speed until you start to run up against relativity, which would be far more than 46 MPH.

I really like the railgun. I do wish there was a scorpion that had a 105mm or 120mm main cannon. I always found it weird how destructive the 90mm is.
