I am a little confused about the wine rice vinegar. I went to the store and can only found Rice vinegar and white wine vinegar but nothing that shows rice wine vinegar. Can you please share an image or a link to buy the vinegar.

I just wanted to let you know that you inspired me. I had never tried bok choy ( that I know of) so after watching your video I went and bought some. I made a soup with it. I put fresh garlic, onion, sea salt, black pepper, celery, fresh tomatoes, the bok choy, And some pinto beans, I used my bone broth I keep in the freezer. It was really really great! I took some to my mom and she LOVED it... thanks for the inspiration!!!!!

Bok choy and asparagus are my two favorite veggies. I love putting them in a chicken skillet dinner with onion, tomato, spinach or kale, a starch like potato, rice, or quinoa and finish with lemon juice and zest. Yummy one pot dinner. Each serving one protein, one starchy carb, 3 non starchy carb. Oh cook it with refined coconut oil and I use home canned chicken and chicken stock plus granulated garlic and black pepper, salt if the chicken and stock are unsalted.
