    I really hate the oppressively bad car-culture traffic there. Makes me want to escape. Stayed with relatives, and was asked to take out the townhouse garbage. Everything mixed into one plastic bag! The dumpster was half filled with the same plastic bags. Where is this going? To a land fill maybe? It is a beautiful area, but… . A paradigm shift in attitudes is really needed in Kelowna. One business owner I talked to said the people there aren’t friendly generally speaking. Happens often in densely populated cities. Just saying.

      Hi Ms Latifah, current there is a foreign buyers ban until 2027, but there are exemptions for international students, temporary workers and refugee claimants. It’s always highly recommend to speak to an immigration lawyer with real estate knowledge when making this decision. Hope that helps!

    You showed zero images of the region.. The soul reason to watch the video was to the see parts of the city. You showed Hawaii and California.... being your real estate agent I think he would have taken advantage of the opportunity to demonstrate some great places to live within the city

    Do developers of residential lots typically require you to build with one of their selected home builders or could someone do a self build? Is there property transfer tax on a residential lot and farm land without any pre existing buildings on the property? Thanks for the video.

      Hey Nav, great questions. It really does depend on the developer. Some do have specific builders or plans you have to choose from, but there are also many that allow you to bring in your own builder and plans. Really depends on the specific situation. And yes even vacant land that you don't even build on requires PTT to be paid.
