Versus Alberta some additional cons include PST on most things, transfer fee for property sales, PST on used cars (now at what they think the vehicle is worth if greater than what you actually paid), access to clean water and power (particularly the west side), and weeks of depressing cloudy weather between January and February. Finally choking on smoke every summer lately as well sadly.
Yep, pretty much nailed the rest of the cons there for sure. The extra taxes are something any Albertan looking to make this move like we did, is something very tough to get used to! Thanks for watching and for the comment ;)

Aside from clean water, ontario has the same problems. So theres not much of a downside for me
