    Damn dude that was awesome!!
    I was watching Covid19 nonsense and whether I should buy gold and or silver as insurance to failing currency, and concerned about a hundred other thing SBA s somehow ran into this and tried it, lying on ground and all..
    I’m relaxed as a damn cat now!!!!

    My. Right shoulder hurt too much, I couldn't finish?!
    I need a movement to help relax the tensions in my body shoulder is worse.
    I think I must have moved it wrong, the past week, or more.

      Dear Cindy, so sorry for the late reply. Sometimes I miss a comment or two, and that was unfortunately the case this time. You can do this lesson lying on a pillow with your bottom arm extended out in front of you instead of under your head. Just make sure your head is above your spine, as if in standing.
