    very helpful video, been struggling with headaches for as long i can remember, and it has controlled my life forever, failing to attend school, being very tired and not having the energy for social interactions. i have pushed myself trough trying to function normally but it's only getting worse, i am 25 now and we finally discovered it was connected to my base of the skull muscles and stress. Mental state sadly also influences this issue alot, but i hope to get rid of it or at least get improvement.

    Thank you for not treating us like a bunch of idiots, and giving us the kindness of a detailed, scientific explanation. So many times, I feel like most doctors have absolutely no clue how to treat chronic headaches, or their mechanics. I've had a constant TMJ/cervical headaches for almost 10 years... tried neuromuscular dentistry, orthodontics, $1500 of botox in my jaw... the list goes on. Thanks for your contribution! I wish I knew more about what to do nutritionally.

    • @AberleChiropractic

      I understand. Before I was a chiropractor, I too had lots of problems that the orthopedist had no idea how to treat. Back in the day I was seeing a chiropractor and an orthopedic doctor at the same time. I got zero benefit from the PT he prescribed but got a lot of relief from the chiropractic care. I was studying to be an electrical engineer so I have an engineers mind set being if something isn't working and something else is wouldn't everyone want to know about it? The answer is no. I was in the orthopedic doctors office one day and believe it or not, I was showing him what the chiropractor was doing to me to get relief. I had the ortho doc on his own table and was pushing down on his back trying to get a release like I got at the chiropractors office. He truly seemed interested, but had no understanding whatsoever of chiropractic. Of course, I didn't either at the time. But I learned some things that day. I eventually realized that if I were to solve my back problems, I'd have to go into the profession myself. So that's what I did. I have two degrees. One in Electrical and Computer Engineering and another in Chiropractic. Ten years total education. I tell this not to brag, but to let you know I'm not an idiot. I'm of a scientific background. I pay attention to what works and what doesn't. I learn and modify my methods. Finally with Advanced BioStructural Correction, the solution is straightforward. Works consistently and predictably. I never would have figured it out. I thank God that Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz developed this method of healing. It has saved my life from miserable pain, fatigue and suffering. My wish would be that every doctor on the planet learned of his work. Even if they didn't want to do the actual labor or the treatments, they would at least know that it can solve a majority of peoples body problems. But health care is extremely political. Doctors are often extremely arrogant and lazy. They continue to do what they do despite poor outcomes and they beat down and discredit other doctors who have the solutions. Too bad. All it leads to is higher health care costs and prolonged suffering of the lifelong variety. As for your TMJ/cervical headaches, please find an ABC doctor at: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map

    I've gotten migraines since I was a teenager (everyone on my mom's side of my family does). But recently I've been able to get them down to once a month and they go away easily with medication. That is, until about 2 weeks before thanksgiving. My neck started to become so tense, it caused a migraine no matter what I did. Sometimes the pain was fine. Other days it was excruciating. I saw an ABC chiropractor and the neck tension stopped the next day. Haven't had a migraine or even neck tension since. And that's only after 3 visits! Can't wait to see what the lasting results are like!

    Wow, you have no idea how much I wish I could jump on a plane right now and come to you for a consultation. I am currently suffering from a 7-year headache, and neck and back pain which nobody in Australia can even diagnose let alone fix. I have seen many, many people over the years from Neurologist and Neurosurgeons to Psychiatrists and Psychologists to Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Massage Therapists and everyone else we can think of and now my Doctors have pretty much given up on me and just prescribe me larger and larger doses of pain medication. So many things that you said in this video ring alarmingly true for me and sadly, the pain is so debilitating now that some days I can't get out of bed and others I can't stay in bed for longer than 2 hours. I'm had pretty much lost all hope at this point but you have just given me a reason to start saving for a plane ticket. So THANK YOU, thank you more than you could ever possibly understand!!!! You're in Australia! Awesome...There are a whole lot of doctors doing the structural work in Australia. You have to go to meningealrelease dot com and find doctors in Australia that do this work. They may not be able to do the nutritional work, but that's usually not the big thing anyway. Tell me if you find someone-hopefully within an hours drive or so. If they turn out to be farther away for you, what you do is drive there, get treated, walk around for an hour, get treated again, walk for an hour and get treated again. This way you get a lot done each time you go. Also ask them if they have the ABC Educational DVD. This DVD will explain why structural problems cause headaches. The animations are incredible at explaining why you hurt and what needs to be corrected. Get on the web right now and look for a doctor in your area. Again meningealrelease dot com.

      The nutritional deficiencies are Magnesium, Potassium and Sodium. There's a specific product called SYM from the Loomis Institute that safely handles these. You can take Magnesium safely because if you take too much you simply get diarrhea so you then back off. Most people get too much sodium as it is. But potassium can be dangerous if you take it in pill form. No problem having too many bananas however which are high in Potassium. The much more common reason for contractions in the upper neck are due to structural problems. You can see more about that here. ruclips.net/video/PrnL0Sp99IY/видео.html

    If you've had problems since birth, you more than likely have structural problems either from the delivery process or from growing funky in the womb or some injury as a baby. There's not a nutrient that will solve structural problems.

      ***** Whenever I hear autoimmune I think of enzyme deficiencies in the body. Read my website www.fibromyalgiamadison.com and read the entire first page to understand what's going on here.
      Here's what you need to do. Find a Loomis Institue provider to handle your enzyme deficiency that should help with your autoimmune problem. Of course it depends on exactly what your immune system is attacking.
      www.loomisinstitute.com/help/referrals.aspx
      Also try and find an ABC doctor for your mechanical problems that are the major source of your headaches. You can find providers from here:
      www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      Sounds like all your different symptoms feed off one another and make your life miserable. You have to take a different approach. What often happens to people in this type of situation is they eventually become disabled due to the pain and lack of function. Your situation has already got pretty bad. Hopefully you can find someone close by to help you.
      Research the two methods at the websites above and learn more. Then come back here and ask more questions.

      Sevilay Kel Hello Sevilay. Don't panic about surgery quite yet. Doctors don't do surgery for headaches unless there's a brain tumor or something seriously wrong. Most people have the typical headache. Yours simply isn't going away so there's more than likely something structural going on with you that needs to get corrected. You can start by seeing your medical doctor to rule out the serious stuff if you're nervous. But then find an Advanced BioStructural Correction practitioner and get correct the true problem. You can search for one at: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      Let me know if you have other questions.

    I'm currently watching this but I can't help already asking - will you make a video on some UN-COMMON causes of headaches? I bet my case is the same as many - I've been tested for all of the 'common' causes and nothing seems to come up, but I still have headaches in patterns since several years, starting young, so something must be wrong! Hi, Dr
    Thanks for your amazing videos.
    I am a man in 40 years, I suffer from headaches in about 10-12 year retrospect have I experienced the headache triggers specially in winter time, especially in wind and cold weather, I experience every time it triggers in the very early morning.
    Headaches start usually very early morning approximately at 5.4 KL, and are quite strong. And usually happen 6-8 times at the mouth and take about 5 to 10 hours. I live in a cold country (Norway). I eat very strong pain killer.
    My headache normally appears to be worse on one side of my back neck head. The side is normally constant and does not swap sides.
    I've seen many times bye specialist and physiography and overtook MRI and X-ray of my head and neck, but no signs of injury.
    In the past my doctor said maybe I have cervicogenic Headache, but he said this type of headache doesn't triggers of cold.
    Do you know any headache that trigger of cold?
    I will be very very grateful for you response.Thanks again.

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад +2

      +reimondian The connection with cold could be quite simple...when you're cold your muscles contract more just enough to take you over the threshold of nopain to pain. Certainly sounds like cervicogenic headaches to me. But even that term means very little. Cervico means neck and genic means produced. The term is pretty much useless and the medical profession has no idea how to treat them. They don't know how to treat any types of headaches in all honesty. They know how to manage them with medications, but that's different than solving the problem so that medications are no longer needed ever. This isn't a criticism of them either. It's just all they know how to do with these situations. And when one drug doesn't work, they try another or a combination of them. But controlling pain with medications just leads to more problems in the future. Not sure what to tell you overall. There are no ABC providers in Norway. There's one in Sweden, but that's quite a distance away. Take a look here: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      The other thing you could take a look at is your bed. Is it nice and firm? Is your pillow height high enough to support side sleeping comfortably? Many people have old saggy beds or new beds that simply too soft and they wake up in pain thinking somethings wrong with them when it's just their horrible bed that doesn't support them properly. This causes lot's of muscle tightness because all through the night your muscles had to contract to try to support your body to some degree even though you're laying down.

      Dr,Just wondering if you've heard about a new type of treatment for headaches in Norway?Getting Botox into your head, to block nerves against headache, take a look at the website, this is the study phase and is not entirely recommended by doctors here in Norway, wondering if there the same kind of treatment in the United States?www.nrk.no/viten/xl/ny-bruk-av-botox-gir-hap-til-de-hardest-rammede-migrenepasientene-1.12764207Nerve knot uses a substance called acetylcholine to communicate, and the drug that could block it, is the nerve poison botulinum toxin, popularly known as botox.

      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад

      +reimondian Botox can treat headaches, but it doesn't solve them. They wear off and you have to go back for more. At least this is my understanding. You should be asking yourself why your neck muscles are tight in the first place. Watch the videos and you'll have a better understanding of what's really going on.

    What nutrients could the person with headaches be deficient in?

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  10 лет назад +1

      There is a product called SYM that contains several herbs and enzymes that can help relax the muscles in the upper neck if they're tight due to certain nutritional deficiencies. Eating lots of carbs depletes you of the alkaline minerals that help keep these upper neck muscles relaxed and help prevent several types of symptoms including being: high strung, startle easily, indigestion, constipation and road rage if you're really depleted. You can get these products through practitioners that you can locate by calling the Loomis Institute:
      www.loomisinstitute.com/help/referrals.aspx
      I sell these products as well in my office. You cannot ignore the mechanical aspect to this however which plays a much larger role in headaches and migraines.
      Plus your question can't be answered like go to the store and buy Vitamin D or take Magnesium powder. Both of which are great things to take, but they don't solve what SYM can. Hope this helps.

    I hate my neck. It has caused me nothing but misery. Who would of thunk it ? The neck is a really important part of the human body. My problems started because of a bad posture thing. I’ve been trying and trying but I’ve had no luck as of yet. But I still try! It won’t fix itself that’s for sure. Thanks for the info Doctor. Wish I could get to Madison, Wisconsin.

    I have had Cervicogenic headaches for 13 years (24/7) I have tried everything to get relief. Recently I had an MRI done that showed I have a hernia in the neck (C5-C6) and a problem with the C3-C4, also C4-C5. A surgeon has recommended some therapy, traction, TENS, etc. for 3 months. I have just started that. Also I am seeing a chiropractor. Still no relief. Suggestions? Ron

    • @AberleChiropractic

      +diana thrasher Hello Ron. I'm glad the surgeon isn't rushing into surgery so that's a plus. I really doubt the disc herniations in your neck are causing your headaches. I have a great video discussing the subject of herniated discs here: ruclips.net/video/xG-5L37ep-U/видео.html
      The same twisted frame that's causing your headaches is also squashing the discs in your neck causing them to degenerate, bulge and herniate. You and the doctors will tend to think it's a local problem...ie in your neck. But this is a global skeletal problem. You can learn all about this with this video: ruclips.net/video/PrnL0Sp99IY/видео.html
      I know that's a lot to watch, but if you truly want to understand what's going wrong, take a few minutes and watch them. If the surgeon suggests spinal fusions in your neck, run fast and far. Although this may help with the discs, the permanent problems that can result from neck surgery's aren't worth the risk. What I see occasionally is people with metal hardware put in the neck for situations such as yours and it doesn't work and they eventually end up in my office asking if I can help them. Sometimes I can, and other times I cannot based on the angles the bones were fused at. If the surgeon got it wrong, they won't risk going back in to try and fix a malposition so that the chiropractor can help them. That's just crazy. So chronic pain is the result. Now I'm giving a worst case scenerio here but after you watch the videos the true problems should be more obvious. I look forward to hearing back from you... Oh, and regular chiropractic doesn't fix twisted bodies.

    Thank you. The left part of my neck is so tight that when I stretch that specific muscle, the same side of my face twitches like crazy. When I massaged it, it relieved it quite a bit. Just had to see this to verify.

    Can you explain what nutrients are missing and can be added to our diets to help the dizziness? Is it a Magnesium deficiency?

    • @MissPolymer
      @MissPolymer 9 лет назад

      +LittleLikeness I would like to know that too..

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  9 лет назад +4

      +LittleLikeness The mineral deficiencies I talked about in the video are Sodium, Potassium and Magnesium deficiencies. But taking these will more than likely do nothing for dizziness because dizziness is often due to brain stem tension which is a mechanical problem, not a nutritional problem. Watch this video to understand cord tension: ruclips.net/video/p_w-X0QSprA/видео.html
      I wish things like dizziness were simply a nutritional problem. The reason I hesitate telling people the nutrients is people make silly decisions and if they go buy potassium pills and take too many it can create big problems. Now you really can't overdose on bananas so that's a safe place to get potassium. But I have to be careful what I tell people. You also can't overdose on magnesium because you'll just get diarrhea if you take to much as it gets excreted from the body.

    • @LittleLikeness

      +Jeff Aberle Thank you for your response and I know what you mean and typically get most of my vitamins by way of food. I also like to spread them out a bit because of too much intake :) My doctor placed me on a low dose muscle relaxer at bedtime, along with correcting my posture and becoming aware of how much I tense up all the muscles in my head has really helped a lot with the pain and symptoms and I know I am on the up and up. I appreciate you going outside (cautiously) telling which may be deficient, I will give it a try. I already began magnesium about once every 7-10 days and it helps.

    Thanks! For more than a year I am suffering from a weird pain in the occipital area/stiffness in the neck. It all started when I once was reading something, in very small letters in dim light, I felt some pain in the occipital area, I stopped reading but since I was having exams, I kept reading a lot the next days in normal light and font size. But this same type of pain kept appearing and after a couple of weeks it got really bad. But this pain only appears when I read something, otherwise my eyesight is perfect, the optician did not find anything wrong. I mean I am physically able to read small letters, but occipital pain appears every time, just within seconds. For a long time I have been reading in large font size, but now even reading big fonts hurts, I can't focus on a text for more than a couple of minutes. I am otherwise healthy and have no problems with using my eyes to do anything else, the pain is directly related to only reading. The doctors don't know what to do, the eye doctor says that occipital pain has nothing to do with your eyes. Moreover I consulted a physiotherapist 3 times, without any positive change. Currently I am seeing a chiropractor, he says he has never come across anyone with these symptoms, but he does see where the problem is. At my first visit he said that he is 70-80% sure he is going to solve the problem. Now at my 4th visit he says he is 100% sure, but as you mentioned in the video perhaps he is only adjusting the cervical muscles, and the pain keeps coming back. He also use different needles. Furthermore, I have been doing trigger points treatment on myself, which has alleviated some symptoms, but the actual pain still appears upon reading. Moreover, I am working on my neck and back posture. Astonishingly, the pain alleviates with eating sugary food and butter. Could you please give me some advice on how I hopefully can get rid of this pain. Nutritious? Treatments? Habits?

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад +1

      +servantof1god Thanks for writing. Interesting story. Here's my take on it. When you eat sugary foods, the muscles between your shoulder blades can tighten up some. I experience this so avoid sugary foods, especially if they dissolve in my mouth like with chocolate. So I can have a small square of chocolate and I feel my back tighten up within a minute or so. It's a form of hypoglycemia called reactive hypoglycemia. Now if I cover that piece of chocolate with peanut butter (something like Jif or anything), the reaction is lessened and delayed. You could be having the same thing and when the muscles between your shoulder blades tighten up, it changes the tension on your spinal cord and brainstem which can easily affect vision, brain fog, difficulty thinking, etc. Not that you have all of these symptoms. When you read, I bet you flex your head forward slightly which increases the cord stretch and brainstem stretch. Watch my videos on cord tension and this will make more sense.
      ruclips.net/video/p_w-X0QSprA/видео.html
      then watch this testimonial of a really intense example of this:
      ruclips.net/video/zv3piNDKA7A/видео.html
      You are correct about treating the neck only. You have to look at the body as a whole. The neck isn't the neck just by itself. Same with the low back. This concept came about when talking about regional anatomy. It's easier to separate the areas and write books just on the neck for example. But when it comes to treating someone, this thinking results in poor outcomes. I often find people get neck pain relief when I treat their lower back and visa versa. Lower back pain gets more relief from the neck maneuvers. You'll find this video very helpful for this concept:
      ruclips.net/video/PrnL0Sp99IY/видео.html
      Also, treating the tight muscles in your neck directly won't help you very much. I fell into this trap as a chiropractor for years until Advanced BioStructural Correction came along and explained how the human body really works. See if there's a provider in your area:
      www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      Let me know what you learn and if there's a provider in your area.

      +Jeff Aberle Thanks! I appreciate that you provide such a quick and comprehensive reply. And I am really grateful that you could take the time to read about my problem and suggest how I should go about solving it. First of all, I live in Norway and there are no ABC providers here, the closest one is in England. I might visit one for a single treatment but regular visits would not be possible. I have watched the above posted videos. And I understand that what I am suffering from is a rather rare problem which doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors, haven't necessarily come across. There might certainly be some connection with the meninges, but the strange thing is that I ONLY feel stiffness in the neck when I READ, otherwise I feel perfectly normal and can carry out any task of my daily routine without any problems, nor do I ever feel dizzy or sleepy or have cognition or reasoning problems. Never has anyone else told me that my reasoning or info prosessing is defective. What is definitely making the problem worse is the apparent cervical curvature, which is bent forward. Currently I am working on making it normal again with different exercises. Moreover the pain had radiated from the occiput to the whole of trapezius some months ago, but it got alleviated with pinching of trigger points both in the head and in the neck. Pinching trigger points only alleviates the superficial intense pain when that occurs, otherwise the stiffness in the neck appears again upon accidentally reading something. But when I am able to refrain from reading anything for days, no pain appears and i fell perfectly fine.

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад +1

      +servantof1god You're very welcome. If you have a reverse curve in your neck, that adds a significant amount of stretch to your spinal cord in that area. The pivot point of vertebral motion is near the center of the vertebra. Since the cord is behind this pivot point, flexion stretches the cord. Now you would think that the spinal cord is like a piece of dental floss and can move up and down so that this stretch would be dissipated elsewhere. Not true. The cord is attached at each vertebral level by two ligaments, one on the left and one on the right that prevent the spine from moving more than a few millimeters upward or downward. So there's no way it can diffuse the stretch well. I agree the meninges might not be the major problem, but they're contributing to the reverse curve and that is due to bones out of place that the body cannot self correct because there's no muscle that can pull it back into place AND/OR the meninges. It's usually both. You cannot fix that reverse curve well with exercise. If you can get to an ABC provider, my suggestion would be to go there and stay for several days and get treated two to three times per day. Call ahead and figure out the pricing, etc and where you can stay of course.
      Plus when you read, pay attention if your neck is in flexion. For example someone that reads in bed always has their neck propped up with a pillow or two or even three. This adds more flexion and they wonder why they're symptomatic. Most everyone reads with their head looking down to some degree because it's not really fun holding a book out in front of your face and it gets tiring on the arms.
      Your situation doesn't sound all that odd to me, but how quickly ABC can resolve it is unknown. It depends on how stuck your body is. I've had people come in that move really easily and others that barely move at all in the beginning.

      FuNkYyBoY I appreciate the compliments. Are you going to go to one of them? You can meet them in person which is better than online video anyway. The docs that use Advanced BioStructural Correction (ABC) are unique and very caring doctors because learning ABC is no easy task and it takes more time with each treatment than other techniques and there's a lot more to explain. This is why many doctors don't bother with ABC. Having headaches for 20-30 years is a long time and if you're blessed enough to have an ABC practitioner close by, you might consider taking advantage of it.

      You can subscribe to my channel as I put out more videos. You can also learn the mechanical work I'm talking about. Granted you'll need someone else to learn it so they can do it on you and you can do it on them, but you can learn it. You'll find the information at the website above. You can buy his videos and manuals to learn the technique. You do not need to be a doctor or chiropractor to learn it. Take a look at the site above and go to "Seminars and Training", then to the ABC Core Curriculum page. If you have no interest in learning this, then you need to find a provider to do it on you. Unfortunately you CANNOT treat yourself. You don't have the leverage. I mention this in the video I have on my websites homepage with a title "Restoring Health Through Chiropractic". Notice how I talk about not being able to crack your knuckles without the use of your other hand. With the finger joints you have leverage to adjust them because you have your other hand. But with your vertebra, you simply have no leverage to correct them because you don't have any muscles that can pull the bone back into a correct position.

      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад

      Hi Anne,
      What I recommended nutritionally probably won't change your migraines unfortunately. Nutrient deficiencies don't cause chronic migraine pain...structural problems do. See if there's an ABC provider close by and get your structure improved: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      As for the nutrition I wouldn't start eating more salt. And taking potassium pills is dangerous. If you get too much magnesium you get diarrhea which is no big deal...simply back off on your dose.
      If you simply want to go down a nutritional route find a Loomis Enzyme practitioner. This is the formula that I was alluding to in the video: www.enzymeformulations.com/store/fundamental/sym.aspx
      But again, improving your structure is what you need to truly fix your migraines and the other symptoms you probably have.

      Talk to your doctor and see if there is an alternative to oxycontin. If your injury is not due to a crush, cut or tear type injury, find an Advanced BioStructural Correction practitioner and get your injury handled. Most people that get injured can quickly be treated with this method so you can get off the meds. If it's a direct trauma injury you'll just need time to heal like with a broken bone. Another pain med might help you with the pain with less side effects.

And I think it's right on target.I do have tention headaches.I do myself massage,laying on back,relaxed head,preferably harder surface and finger massage neck with both hands up to skull base till deep tissue,it requires practice and technique,thus release the toxins,where the root of the problem is.It's painfull sometimes,especially if those muscles are tight 24/7..Self massage is hard,but doable.The headache is gone after 10 min of massage,then I alterated very cold and very warm compresses on the skull base after massage for 1 min each,3 times repetitions to get the new blood in and help with inflamation.Then I drink water with magnesium or taking warm bath with lots of Epsom salt,which is Magnesium Sulfate known as a relaxant.Works like a charm !!!

    I am a 26 Year old male. I suffer from headaches almost on daily basis, specially in afternoon time, between 1:00-3:00 PM. I feel pain in my ears,eyes,jaws, forehead, neck and some parts of shoulders and body feels very exhausted during these hours. The nerve just above the ear becomes very irritated during this time. Massage feels good. Neither I smoke nor I drink. What should I do? Thanks in advance..

      When people get pain in their ears of think stretching of the lesser auricular nerve. If your ear pain is pain that's in the ear canal, than your neck muscles and nerves are really irritated. Therefore you're getting a lot of referred pain into your eyes, jaw and forehead. I can't tell you exactly what's going on without examining you. Is there an ABC provider where you live by chance? Or are there chiropractors where you are?

    What kind of program are you using for the viewing of the body in your video? Thank you so much for the video by the way!

    • @AberleChiropractic

      I use 3ds max from Autodesk and the model is from www.zygote.com . Both are quite expensive however so if you're interested in doing 3ds animation with the human body, I'd suggest searching www.turbosquid.com for a less expensive model of the body. There are also open source 3d programs like Blender found at: www.blender.org/ ... Do your research before you spend any money and make sure everything will work together. I also watched a lot of online training to learn how to use 3ds Max. Find training before you buy any program. 3ds Max and Maya are the most popular but also most expensive programs for 3d work. The model is completely separate and is loaded into the 3d program. Hope this helps.

    my wife has ice pick headaches as a result of a car accident. went to chiro and no improvements. in fact much much worse recently. is it the lack of knowledge of the chiropractor? how do I know to explain a specific method they should be performing to release this tension?

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  8 лет назад

      Go to my website and watch the top three videos...Spine 101-Why we hurt and the Brain Fog one. You've already watched the middle video. It's hard to explain the differences between normal chiropractic and what I do in a short text message such as this. But the Spine 101 video explains a lot and more than likely your wife feels out of it and spacey in addition. You can show your chiropractor my message and RUclips videos and he/she is welcome to call me if they want to know more. I'll eventually do a specific video on car accidents, but that's a ways off unfortunately.

      +ashley butler You have several docs in your area that you can go see. Look here for their locations and contact information: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      I suggest going to one of the docs with a blue marker on the map. Let me know how it goes if you decide to get treatment. Chiropractors often offer free consults as well so keep that in mind. It gives you a chance to meet the doctor and learn about Advanced BioStructural Correction. That's the name of the treatment you want.

      3ds max is the software, but the entire model is from zygote.com ... Costs about $17,000, but if you want an accurate model it's great.

    Hi, you talk about a nutritional deficiency affecting that muscle connected to the C2, I've had chronic pain in that area for over 20yrs, despite trying pretty much every therapy. Could you please say what that deficiency is??

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  5 лет назад

      I've since learned that Low Level Laser Therapy is what is needed in that area to loosen C2 and every area of the neck. Go to my channel and start looking at the laser videos and then see if there's someone in your area that has the Erchonia lasers here: www.erchonia.com/physician-search/

    HI Dr Jeff Aberle what is the nutrition devalue that sets the head ache off, I get them and it affects my R eye, and in to my teeth it last three days, no matter how much pain medication i take, can yo u help me
    Australia

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  9 лет назад

      Hi Christine. I talk about the nutritional problem in some of the posts below. Please take a look there. But solving the nutritional problems would only help a little if at all. What you need is to get your structure corrected. Being in Australia, you're in luck. There are many Advanced BioStructural Correction practitioners there that you can find at: www.meningealrelease.com/abc-provider-map
      Take a moment to find one, call them up and get a consultation. Most practitioners will even do the First Rib Maneuver demonstration for free to show you how it can change your body in seconds and how the entire protocol can solve your headaches. Your problem isn't a lack of pain meds and it's not a nutritional problem more than likely. It's poor structure and underlying tension on your nervous system. Meds cannot fix that...ever. Let me know if you find someone on the ABC provider map or post more questions here if you have some.

    I've noticed I get horrendous headaches during the night when I don't drink enough water throughout the day. I also think shallow breathing during sleep could be a causative factor.

    • @AberleChiropractic
      @AberleChiropractic  7 лет назад

      What's your blood pressure? Is it low? Are the headaches worse with your period and blood loss? Are you deficient in iron? Is your pillow maybe too high as this can cause headaches at night? Have you been to a medical doctor yet? Do you get up a lot in the night to urinate? or do you get up a log in the night because you can't fall back to sleep (without the headache)

    • @kellystone1535
      @kellystone1535 7 лет назад

      Jeff Aberle Thank you for your interest and questions. I am seeing a doctor tomorrow. I will find out my BP and ask the same questions you asked and request a blood test for iron. I will try only one pillow. I don't get up to urinate. The headaches are the same throughout my cycle and particularly worse at night disrupting my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. I have tried everything and I even had cervical surgery.
