People say "Oh, this dance is easy, I learnt it within ___ minutes" but there's a difference from being able to learn the dance fast and being able to do it well.

@Thy Nguyen i learn the dances depending on how much repetition theres is: for example some recycle movements (like loona's why not) but others dont (so what) and i like to learn the whole song from beginning to end so sometiems it takes way more than others.

The 7th sense is like an abstract type of dance because when you see an abstract art, you don't know what the hell it is but it's beautiful
It's a difficult attitude to capture. The dance comes first. They aren't using the dance to convey an aesthetic, the dance _is_ the aesthetic. How can a tool be its own end result???
.
It's like you are going to insist on using a hammer to build an Ikea bed that can only be built excellently with a hammer. Sure you can use screwdrivers, or books or even your bare hands, and the bed can still be built, but the Ikea bed, in its final form, shows you that there are certain things that only a hammer can do. "Look at how much I can push the boundaries of hammer use." Normally, the hammer is just one way to help build a bed, but in this particular case, the bed can't exist as beautifully without the use of the hammer. Every time you lie down and you feel perfect back support, somehow you won't think "This bed is really comfortable" but "Look how excellent a hammer can be". Sounds ridiculous? You bet, but that is the strange but completely understandable aesthetic of 7th sense, and all abstract art - if one learns to appreciate hammers.
Both of your words are beautiful
I'm so proud❤
Oh wow
agree
Taemin's body control is unworldly for a self-taught dancer. Honestly, the only way to describe his dancing is... if it looks hard, it's hard. If if looks easy, it's even harder. I love his unorthdox method of dancing!
Yass and we must thank Koharu Sugowara as well
if im not wrong in some interviews he said that 'Move' choreo existed that way since he's thinking 'ah choreo of a song doesn't need to be so out of breath all the time to be amazing' after shinee comeback dance doesn't make him tired which makes him kinda disappointed since it doesn't feel so satisfying. so he definitely wanting to not go hard on the dance, but it just make it more harder for everyone 😭
I know this is like from ages ago but Taemin's "Advice" Choreography along with the rest of the members of ShiNee for "Don't Call Me" jeezz I could never.
He is SELF TAUGHT?!?!?
when you said "if it looks easy, it's even harder" you kept me 3 years thinking about it. this is the ultimate truth. you simply KNOW and it is CORRECT.
Hats off to all those girls who were Taemin's back dancers.

@@reharm_reality I know right! I would probably dislocate every bone in my body if I were to try his choreos.

Taehyuk Kim there is one I love so much. They all have to keep straight faces, but she looks so happy to be in the MV!
I would love to see a whole video on just Taemin)s choreo.
people nowadays think hard choreos are only when idols are on the brink of breaking their bones, but this proves that it aint just that
lol say it louder
Exactly and people use it as an excuse to discredit girl group dances as well just because they might not look as powerful as boygroup dances when in fact most of them are just as difficult or maybe even more.
@@ccsbm208 I agree but many GG's don't have strong choreo. Many have basic choreo. Groups like red velvet, twice and loona I would say have very unique choreo. And red velvet has stage performances ,like twice that really are unique and change up. Not gonna lie, ppl should start respecting GG's on their dancing. They are more than visuals and fashion models, they should be noticed for their stage presence, charm, vocals and dancing. As a female I am being honest when I say not many gg choreos wow me, but the choreos that are hard, unique or something, are the ones that hardly get enough credit

Still vibing with it till now. It is a pure masterpiece.
Same omg it’s 1 of my faves from nct
omgeee. I was just bout to comment this! Lol. Like a lot of people hated on the song and the choreography cause they was like "iT JuSt DOeSn'T MaKe SenSe", like wtf is there to make sense?!? It's not something you see! It's something you FEEL. Like the song is such a VIIIBE and the Choreo goes so HARD even to this day. It honestly did not get the recognition it deserved with the Kpop community, but I guess that's what happens when Kpop actually puts talented stuff/people out. When this song and video had dropped I was so hallucinated by their movements. Deep into it. My friend tried to say "That's not even hard", like ok Ms.TwoLeftLeg. My inner dance girl fan girled AF to this debut song of theirs.
The 7th sense is just the best debut song I've ever heard and seen. You watch the MV and the first thing you think is "who are these guys?"
And then, you become an nctzen :)

It's funny how Doyoung debuted with the 7th Sense, but he's out there saying he can't dance. We see you Doyoung. You're not fooling anyone.
I was looking for this comment
his audacity to say that he has no talent for dancing
He has his weaknesses in certain dances. Boss specifically, but he absolutely CAN dance.
@@Seriphina Not his fan cam from Boss being my favorite. As a person who doesn't know anything about dancing, I can say that I would have never thought of him to be a weaker dancer (meaning he looks good doing the choreos). I'm guessing that he's either strict with himself in general for both vocals/dance or he's gotten compared to other members because he can definitely dance. Recently it seems like he has gained more confidence in his dancing.
@@mellisalake7490 i'm not sure how interested you are haha but doyoung is one of if not the weakest dancers in nct. generally speaking, a lot of idols have this level of dance ability where they can get to the "execute the choreography without standing out in a bad way" level but they don't actually develop the required technique to have much going on in their body.
doyoung in particular doesn't really have a lot of ease in his coordination. this is unlikely to be a result of being insecure in dance because it's more of a muscle memory thing but it could possibly exacerbate his already present uneasy coordination. with nct in particular, they often have to perform groovy choreography, and doyoung hasn't developed his groove, even as recently as baggy jeans (compare to mark, especially in that shoulder isolation move in the chorus). his isolations are lacking as well (honestly you could compare to any of them but ty and ten are generally pretty good with those so compare to them). doyoung lacks a lot of the finer control the others in 7th sense/baggy jeans unit have developed - this doesn't stop him (and other dancers like him) from executing the choreography and looking decent/good to the untrained eye but it is still a noticeable lack of technique. he also struggles with applying power and dynamics (not surprising - if you're working on executing the isolations, you're not really at the point where you're going to start worrying about your dynamics).
none of this is to say doyoung is a bad dancer - bad dancers in kpop (by a very generous standard - judging them as idols with arguably sub-par training) are few and far between. but there's this thing with idols where they'll be able to execute choreography within a certain standard that is generally considered acceptable for idols. most of these idols develop technique in a very uneven way that would be considered weird and wrong for dance students but seems to actually just be a result of the kind of training these idols receive. idols seem to skip the "do a lot of drills to develop proper habits" step (which is generally the first thing you do as a dance student in studio - even people who learn just by freestyling end up doing a lot of drills (in freestyle format) - freestyling in hip hop for like a year is going to be a year of you grooving freely to the music, and that's how you develop your groove). this isn't really a bad thing for the standard that idols are trying to get to but it does result in most of them looking very same-y and having flawed technique (some exceptions - i'd say someone like wonbin riize still falls within the 'meets idol standards' category but mostly because he looks VERY fourth gen lol) because they never develop the technique required to go beyond "just execute the choreography." generally even the best among this group (which - they can be quite decent. not dragging them) execute the choreography in an ideal way without going past that. it's sort of a mindset thing, i think - seeing dance as a part of your job vs seeing dance as an artform you're pursuing and a means of expression. i would say someone like haewon who generally has very ideal execution of gg choreography is like this - she is materially doing all the correct things and it looks great and is very enjoyable to watch, but there isn't any inner expression beyond that. once again, not a bad thing.
there are of course standouts (ten, mark, ty, etc) who go beyond this standard and nct does have sort of an unusually high concentration of people who end up looking more like dance students/arguably even professionals than idols who are just doing their job while dancing. some of them (ten, mark, ty, jisung, yangyang ig?, haechan too mb) are quite notable standouts but nct in general has a weirdly high number of members who actually do make stylistic choices and while they don't always go beyond the idol expectations in execution (mainly due to lack of technique), they're still a lot more interesting on average than most kpop bgs. like for stray kids (random example, not shading them lol) the only two i would say are actually interesting from a dance perspective are lee know (not stylistic at all but his technique is solid) and hyunjin (very stylistic) and everyone else is kind of just what you'd expect to see from an idol. in nct on the other hand, apart from like doyoung, taeil, maybe kun (and not sure about hendery and johnny i haven't decided yet) they all have qualities that still make them notable as dancers beyond just the basic "executes the choreography". like i wouldn't really say xiaojun is going above and beyond and blowing my mind but he does have an interesting sort of energy especially when doing gg choreo (even as a joke) that makes me want to enroll him in voguing classes. jeno has this interesting taeyong but with less refinement and more groove (and less injury prone also) thing going on. chenle seems to be developing a softer sort of groove that's not as big as the very old school hip hop groove mark has. jungwoo can't groove to save his life but his lines are actually quite decent and he uses his upper body in a lyrical way. jaehyun looks like he's actually a studio hip hop student. so like doyoung IS one of the weakest members in nct dance-wise but that's not really because he's bad it's mostly because he's in a group with a bunch of people who just have a lot more interesting elements to their dancing and he is kind of like doing the wonderbread version of the choreography.
@@ishathakor Sorry for the late response I just saw your reply. Thank you for taking the time to give a detailed/long reply. I'm always interested/open to learning about new topics although I don't know how long I'll remember it for. I do wish they would give proper training at least when it comes to technique to all idols because that could potentially physically harm them. Now it makes sense why as someone who doesn't know much about technique didn't think of Doyoung as a weak dancer. So he executes the moves but not with the right technique/adding stylistic choices. I think I understand that because some moves look more comfortable when other members are doing them. I don't know much about vocals either but it's kind of the same thing with vocals - you can hit the same note but not with the right technique or support. I've heard that Doyoung is one of the weaker dancers in NCT and did not mean to imply that Doyoung is better than other members but more that it wasn't to the point of him standing out from the rest of the group. Even if I don't know much I can tell that Mark, Taeyong, and Ten are really good at dancing. There's no denying their capabilities along with the other members. Ig it's a mix of my previous comment he thinks he can't dance because he's strict with himself to be as good as the other members. Thank you again! Although I still don't know much about dance at least I know more than I did before.

Yesss, finally somebody who knows what they're talking about. No shade to the other lists but most dances on there are fast, not hard. But for non-dancers, the fast ones just look more difficult. Taemin's choreos are insane though. That man has more control over his left pinkie than I have over my whole body. (That's a joke, I also dance but still lmaoo)
wow, i strongly agree at your words. thankyou for finding the words that i'm thingking this whole time but can't tell it with words. the "most dances on there are fast, not hard" is what i always think on every 'the hardest choreo in kpop' videos, no shades but that's facts so
Hannah the faster dances let you mess up or be sloppy once in a while and it won’t be that noticeable but slower dances you have to be more precise and sharp
If you can dance quickly you can dance slowly
@@yukihirarin3387 that's not always true though. Fast paced choreos move so quick that even a little mishap where you lose body control can be foreseen, but on the other hand slow paced songs like Move require such detailed and precise movements. That's probably the reason why some idols/dancers who cover Move seem a bit awkward sometimes.
Yukihira Rin AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
It does frustrate me that a lot of noobs when they see a choreography with big hand movements and kicks they think wow this is hard, but being technical and in control is much harder
True... said from someone who is not an experienced dancer (I danced as a teen, I'm in my 30's), but I remember a lot of slower dances being way harder than fast moving pop, because fast movements can allow you a little leniency because in a group, it's harder to make out the mistakes (unless you are an experienced dancer). Slower and technical movements have so many components to them I never reached that level (I stopped dancing because my last dance teacher was a really bad one).
@@luminoustarisma exactly and my college team do slow dances when they actually haven't learnt dance nor danced for a long time I'm like?
Yeah, when you look at difficult as in complicated and fast choreos most members usually look good, but in the slow, expressive and controlled choreos the "real" dancers stand out.

right? and it's just overall such a unique song.
kpop fans tend to say a choreo is "easy" or "simple" when really its just _visually simplistic_ and maybe easy to mimic the basic movements, but that's not what it's about. I honestly can't stand watching the majority of dance covers on youtube because even if they basically have the movements and formations down, it just _never looks right._ Like with Move, there's really not much going on visually to the untrained eye but unless you're a highly trained dancer or maybe some kind of magician, it's never gonna look right. a lot of the "hardest" dances other people talk about might just be kind of tiring or a lot to keep track of and remember for somebody who doesn't dance. they look scarier because there's a lot of movement.
Ikr I barely see groups that covers a song that impresses me

Yeah I think a lot of dances people think are hard actually just an aerobic workout, but not that technically challenging.
Well I guess you could call my eye "untrained" but I definitely have an eye for detail when it comes to dancing. I'm no dancer but I have a huge appreciation for dancing!
First time I saw MOVE I was like, dang, it looks like he's not doing much but this is EVERYTHING!
Man I just cringe so much at all those dance covers out there 🤮
the most wild part about move is the fact that taemin almost does the movements backwards of what you would think. most people move their muscles down for the dance, but he's lifting up. it's wild to even try to replicate his abdominal movements.
My god I never noticed that until now. Thank you for elevating my love for Taemin and MOVE even higher than before.
I learn so much from people like you. I LOVE Taemin but I am not a dancer -- when folks like you explain it helps us all enrich our experience. He is a god!
Move’s choreography feels almost heavy but weightless and flowy at the same time and even though Im not a dancer, I’m amazed at how Taemin does it so flawlessly. He conveys the right emotions and the right feeling it’s so magical
I think it’s funny that Taemin is wearing a striped shirt in both move and Lucifer dance practices anyway stan the king of kpop

Coming from a dancer too, I completely agree with the majority of things you've said in this video. Especially at the end when speaking about Taemin. I have many male friend dancers and they think Taemin dancing is so cool and they find it so hard to master his dancing since Taemin has complete control of what seems like every inch of his body. I can still remember them trying to dance to Move and they practically gave up in the first 5 mins (it was for fun) since they couldn't do it like Taemin ha ha. Anyways, great video!! :)
Honestly lm a dancer too but l find taemin dance little hard bc I have to have control with it if that makes sense and like nct or like bts or alot of other artist l find their dances the easiest but l mean ppl are different but lm just saying yk l hope this made sense
Ex dancer here, completely agree. Taemin's choreographies could very easily look sloppy if you don't have complete control of your body. Subtle and core movements like he's doing are what I found the hardest when I used to dance, he's so good at perfecting even the smallest movements and details. He's beyond impressive, miss moving my body like that sometimes
I’m a dancer with pretty good body coordination, did ballet for 5 years, now in hip hop, but even then, Taemins choreography is insane. For move, I can only do the first chorus as it’s simple steps, so I can focus on coordinating every part of my body.
i learned this dance almost when it came out, i still practice it and record myself and think i’m doing okay and not bad (most of the time i think i look bad even if i nail it) and now i think i may be doing something wrong cause i don’t think the choreo is that hard tbh BUT everyone is different
Vastra B there so many “hardest Kpop dances” videos that don’t show actual hard dances. Just because something’s fast paced doesn’t mean it’s hard. Sometimes the slower things are harder since you have to have more control

As a dancer myself, I agree with NCT U- The 7th Sense. When I first learn the choreography , I was having a pretty hard time trying to remember the whole thing, because there was so many detail, straight out from the intro to the end. I still manage to learn the choreography, but boy when I tell you, it was a pain in the butt:~ I had a feeling that maybe the concept didn’t really suit my style and to be honest, I have no idea what kind of concept it was.
As a dancer who had competed internationally(not bragging) and who's so used to seeing a lot of technically hard dances, I can say that seventeen, NCT, and Shinee are the ones who appealed for me.
-Seventeen's choreographies are well done, they do a lot of quick steps but everyone moves as one (that's great teamwork over there), advantage of seventeen is that all of them can actually dance like a main dancer. Their synchronisation is amazing it's so clean no one is falling behind, hoshi did well on the choreography. It's amusing and entertaining as I noticed that hoshi does lyrical steps with on-beat steps, their dances always compliments well with their songs.
-NCT(all units) their choreographers did an absolute amazing job. But one more that fascinates me is that how their dances are almost singing the song. NCT's dances are complicated yet tactfully organised. It's so precise and smooth but rough at the same time, it gives the feels like the lyrics are in the members bodies and it naturally moves inside them. Their dances are also awkward when done by others coz' generally the steps are so chronical, like a beat-killer moves and has twist after twist, yet NCT done them gracefully, this just says that they are great dancers.
-Shinee, I love Shinee's dances, they make it look easy but are actually not. Unlike NCT & SVT their dances ofcourse are different from the newer generations but Shinee's dances are just surprisingly nostalgic, because it has the elements of the old school hiphop, old school or the OG dance steps yet so satisfying to watch even til now. Their steps are really awkward, even a pro dancer finds it hard to do same exact like how the members did it because choreography wise, their dances needs the right projection, the right flips and flicks, the right angles(coz' i noticed there are lots of geometric steps) the proper balance and the proper vibe. No one can dance Shinee dances like Shinee.
Do you think SNSD or Red Velvet dance are hard?
How about Teen Top? Have you tried their dance moves?
@@vanhminglianitochhawng3209 personally, not really but their choreos are precise and it matches their songs really well, like red velvet, they focus more on the hand movements and their moves are beautiful and has swifts, and for snsd, well I can say that their choreo on their debut song intnw is difficult because it's old school choreo, it has unusual movements unlike today's common choreos, and the boys' choreo is also quite difficult but the rest are manageable and quite easy, well for me of course, im sure some find their dances difficult.

FFS WHY DOES THIS NOT HAVE MORE VIEWS THAN THE COMPILATIONS FROM NON-DANCERS? Smh some people just don't want to be educated, huh?
That's so sweet of you!
Because groups with big names get more attention. As long as you put the right people in the thumbnail you'll get views almost by default haha. They don't care about the actual dancing because if they did videos like this would be more popular. Not that I'm putting down any groups performing on stage alone is hard enough.
people see what they are interested about, it's an amazing video but yeah
I've been insulted many times when I actually called out some of the bullshit I've seen about "hard" choreography. They claim it's their "opinion" but none of them really danced. And they just attacked you because you know their fave's choreo is actually not hard (and I know beacuse I've been dancing to kpop song since 2009 until now).
@@axisboise People saying these are hard have never dancer either, or are really bad if they claim these the hardest. I was laughing the whole video, especially when it said "it is hard for those who can't pop" - bruh then every choreo is hard for a certain type of people.

Seventeen's synchronization is everything. We thought dance moves can ruined by with more members n it's looks unclean but it's not with SVT. Their every moves/spots/position/synchronization always used to look so perfect n so clean.
Yes
And they make their own choreo 😭❤️ I'm always so proud of them
Well yeah, to execute a dance with a group it would be more difficult to synchronize with others. But they're not synchronizing themselves with each other. No dance group should. They sync themselves with the music. Once you all know how to move along the music, you'll all be able to dance in sync.
@@mrflip-flop3198 Yeah. But it's still harder to dance with more people because it's easier to mess up with the formation changes
@@mrflip-flop3198 true but many groups still aren't in sync. Seventeen is probably the most sync group
This is the reason why I always question people who say SM are only known for having artists with outstanding vocals and visuals but let's admit that they also have incredible dancers who can execute insane choreos. ✨
trueee
Indeed, the thing... is that people only look for fast and complicated choreos full of fast and rude movements, SM is more artistic along with their concepts and voices. Is not the hard of the steps is the art on it and we can super see that in taemin, Shinee, red velvet etc
who dare to say that? Do they not know Taemin and Kai?

It's an urban dance at the same time, not the chill kind of urban. It has hard hits and then smooth. That's why I love watching 7th sense, I tried to learn it.... but in the long run, I realized how HARD it was. I gave up HAHAHAHA
Very NEO indeed. That's why I find their music and dance very cool & unique. They also incorporate very detailed small hand movements to their choreo which I find so cool! For ex how Taeyong was rolling a small imaginary toy firetruck with his hands for their Firetruck performances.
Cool!!!!!!! It's damn cool!
Yep they just trying to flex thier dance skills lol
It's safe to say that only nct themselves are the only ones that can nail the 7th sense perfectly

He's a waterbender. Confirmed.

Finally someone said "Move" is a hard choreo, I'm absolutely obsessed with it, can watch it 24/7
As a dancer, I think that the group Astro has the most difficult choreos because it’s a masterful blend of flowy classical jazz/musical theatre but also really fast pop/hip hop style. There’s always at least one set of double pirouettes in their songs and some have jumps and crazy acrobatics it’s so cool but takes so much time to master.
I may not be a dancer and im an aroha this may sound a bit biased but literally astro is soo underrated esp with their dances in the first part of baby the first step is already hard and fast ( in my perspective ) they have many pirouettes in their dances and i was so in awe when they did baby 2X speed esp with the many jumps in the choreo i love them so much and im so glad that a dancer commends their efforts
I was looking for a comment like this because if not I was going to leave one haha. Astro’s dances are so complex!
Astro my ult group but as a dancer I can say I 100% agree with you

Agree, Taemin's Move has been covered by SO MANY IDOLS and dancers but noone ever come close to what Taemin does. When Taemin does it, it's so mesmerising, like I'm hypnotized by the way he moves.

@@mishi.babyarts I mean they did well but if you compare it to how he does it it's not the same obviously because they literally made the song and the dance based on taemin and the way he moves and how his body is. 7th sense is more “dark alluring” as a concept. It’s not sensual but there’s something very mysterious and enticing about the isolated video, the bleak filters of colour, the slow and subdued song that doesn’t ever pick up a lot of speed or builds intensely. It draws the viewer in and feels like being trapped in a dream.
The dance style would probably be lyrical hip hop, that’s just hard to pull off.
K S I think that’s the point considering the original name for 7th sense is synchronization of your dreams. it’s really mysterious but looks pretty awesome tbh
dark alluring is the word, yes!
I can't agree more with you. I love almost all NCT songs, but the 7th sense will always remain to me as their best song/mv/concept forever (Best debut song for a group too). When I saw it for the first time, I was speechless. I couldn't even fangirl, it felt like I was hypnotized. I hope they'll do something new along the lines of this "dark alluring mysterious" concept (as you defined it so well)

And remember idols have to sing perfectly while doing the dance
Many of them don't do the chorus, but SHINee does and consistently performs studio quality live
I thought a lot of them just lip sync no? Nothing against that btw i just thought thats what they did
@@MrBudderGoggles yes, some of them do lip sync but not very often. The is idols have playbacks which are played at a lower volume and to keep some parts of the song hyped up.

at the part she does not sing you could here the play back "fact check"
And also this performance of serendipity by jimin :

Yes sweetheart 😁😁😁
Not from '0' to taemin tho. If they were at level 0 they would never be in this video
I haven’t seen much of Taemin’s solo work but wow, I definitely agree on that dance being one of the hardest I’ve ever seen. At first, as a non-dancer, I used to just think that fast = hard, which for some it can be, but I grew to realise it’s more about precision and control. It’s really hard not to look silly when you’re dancing so slowly and sensually, even if it looks easy to do. Well, easy to learn maybe, but not easy to actually pull off. I could try, but without experience I would never master the way Taemin or his dancers move.
And his hard choreographies like Criminal, famous, drip drop and Advice is really hard. He is a good dancer so the choreographers also feel challenging to make the best choreos for him.
You definitely need to watch more Taemin ❤

As a dancer too, Taemin's choreographies are also the most difficult for me
There's something about that man's natural groove that I can't replicate or remotely resemble, let alone the insane amount of body control required for each and every choreo of his
They might not be the most demanding but they are incredibly hard to learn and especially to master them and achieve not looking like a dying fish while doing it :')

Onto my second year of being a dancer I now call this choreography the “cursed choreography” because never once in my entire dance experience I was able to get even close to what Taemin is doing it like mad respect to him and those backup dancers damn
i believe when Taemin-Move out, it's my second year (or maybe one year and half) being a dancer. At first glance i know it's NOT easy at all cause you can't copy or cover that body control skill from Taemin. I always try to cover it but in the end i just made a new choreography cuz what Taemin does is super difficult for me. Ever since then, when Move played i just playing along and dance with my choreography instead.
I think that somebody who trained as a technical dancer and did other types of dance like hip hop would have the least difficult time doing this because in dance like classical ballet almost every movement is supposed to look effortless and elegant.
I'm on my ninth year of dance and I 100% agree with you -- it is cursed
@@bridgdjxnfkdzkx yes I agree, but this is elegant hip-hop, which is so hard, because ballet is all about looking elegant and hip-hop is all about looking confident and strong and the easiest way to look strong is to look big and loud, so they have to look strong without looking big and loud which is why I find this so impressive
11th year and..

yes to shinee's lucifer. that was the first choreography that really made my jaw drop to the floor. and i might be wrong but i think it also catapulted the trend of uploading dance practices. the synchronization, the speed and uniqueness of lucifer makes it iconic. also happy you added infinite because i totally forgot about them and when i heard the chaser again it gave me chills. a group right now that impresses me with their choreography is literally any NCT dance but for me cherry bomb remains my favorite
This just may be biased but I always feel super impressed and refreshed when watching SM dance practices because it always feels very catered to the dancer and their style while retaining the concept of the group. For example, NCT Dream has always been given very involved choreography meaning floor work, innovative transitions like in We Young, or very outlandish moves not commonly seen like high kicks. It is because they are meant to be the "youth" of the company and the future, so they push them to be a sort of team that is always interconnected and fast-paced with energy. It is the same for Taemin, it is like the choreography was made for him because he has a very smooth and delicate body that exudes sensualization. It is also taken to account he is a solo vocalist so the simple moves matched with his dancing performance are the perfect combination. And this applies to most SM artists, especially when you can see the transition of their music and dance careers. I am not the most credible dancer but from observations and learning dance what I see most in SM dancers are control, stamina, and the ability to experiment which is what makes them so beautiful, engaging, and powerful.
such facts youre an intellectual
Idk but i feel like Move was choreographed by Taemin 😂 and it gives me chills everytime I watch the dance practice cuz the choreography gives the song so much more feels to it, as if the song depicts his own obsession about the girl that he imitates her moves and elegance. Gosh it's just all-rounded art cattering for you on a silver platter.
