mfal is one of my fav choreos. it's just so different, creative, energetic, and vibrant. the dreamies are amazing for being able to master it at such a young age
Seventeen has one of the most unique choreo's, they wouldn't fail to include sign languages in their choreos. And also their dances aren't only based on the beats of the songs, it's also inspired from the lyrics itself. They practice hours upon hours just to have a synchronized & wonderful output. Seventeen really has that passion for their work & their music.
Hey, I’m a new Carot (I knew about them for years but never got around to stanning them until now. Very late, I know) and am still struggling with names. Which one is Jun? Is he in the front?
Seventeen and NCT have the absolute best choreography I’ve ever seen. And the fact that the 7th sense was NCT U’s DEBUT SONG!?!? You will never catch these groups lacking
I feel like seventeen’s choreography always goes hard. Like the aesthetics, the creativity, the synchronization. It’s just all so good and visually pleasing.
Fun Fact: During SVT’s Thanks, When the members alternated between standing and sitting, they made the letters T.H.X. as in Thanks which can be seen in the formation from above.
it's not just hoshi too! some members that aren't part of the performance unit also take part in it, while the performance unit members sometimes help choreograph or choreograph to their own songs/other songs. for example dino choreographing flower (it was performed at mama too!!) at 19 and having a series called danceology which showcases his dancing skills, minghao also does contemporary dancing too! jun usually posts vocal covers or releases osts instead of dancing since he has said he wants to show his vocals more since he already dances on stage, but it doesn't make him any less of an amazing dancer! he also participates in choreography making too, you should check out his duo with minghao called my i which he and minghao choreographed!
Lucifer genuinely is one of the most revolutionary choreos in kpop, it solidified idols as more than pretty faces with simple routines. Ill never stop hyping it
Seventeen is so talented and the fact that they are involved in doing their choreography in their songs is just mindblowing. Their songs may not be always hardcore but their dances are superior. Don't wanna cry, Home, Falling Flower is not a fast song but their choreographies are lit. Their dances tell a story not just having hard movements and crazy footwork but they also have it. Synchronization is crazy and perfect. I believe they are one of the best dancing groups in kpop.
@@lilianamochi8504 sorry I just mentioned Hoshi because most of times he's the one to create such beautiful choreos, but obviously Dino, The8 and Jun are great. So now in conclusion, seventeen best dancers.
my favs: seventeen, nct, stray kids, ateez, the boyz seventeen: amazing intricate choreography and they’re amazingly synchronized. they use their power in numbers to make beautiful images and powerful performances. hoshi is rlly a genius choreographer and he choreographs with their fans in mind and adds small details and hidden meanings like the sign language for thank you in “thanks” and when they held their pinkies at the end bc of their team rings omg literally perfection. their performances are always so entertaining and their nickname of “the theatre kids of kpop” fits them perfectly. the energy they put in and their stage presence takes you on the story of their songs and they deserve every best male dance performance award they’ve ever received nct: it’s just so weird but it looks good. they have very amazing dancers that just catch your eye and just have unique wtf is that choreos that are iconic. their dances look hard but they make it look easy at the same time?? every unit’s performances are always amazing and when all 1000000 of the members dance together its somehow even better stray kids: they always have very fun or powerful choreos. skz uses each member and showcases them and they have amazing stage presence that gives their performances so much added flare and you just can’t help but love them and their performance because you can just tell they love what they’re doing also the ✨duality✨ is crazy ateez: the POWER and ENEGY is insane especially san like he dances as if he was possessed by a demon and it’s amazing. you can see their teamwork when they dance and they never fail to make me amazed with their performance. i love the small quirks in their dances and their amazing songs makes the performance even more intriguing the boyz: they also use their strength in numbers and are known for their performances. they have so much trust in each other which allows them to do crazy amazing stunts and it just makes their performance so lovable. their performances on road to kingdom are my favorite because they rlly show off their dancing skills and showcase their versatility throughout their stages. they aren’t afraid to take risks and they blend so well together as well as individually standing out at the same time and have great synchronization and have a lot of versatility
Thank you for including The Boyz!! They are my ult group and really underappreciated :( my favorite videos of theirs are definitely the dance practices!! They're really focused and you can tell they put their full effort in everything they do 🥺 I stan everyone on this list except nct lol
cherry bomb is one of the most iconic choreographies ever, words can not explain how shocked and impressed I was when I first saw that split formation.
SVT choreographies are literally art. They aren't called the kings of synchronization and the theatre kids of kpop for nothing. It's difficult to dance so synchronized with that many members but svt managed to make it their strength. The fact that they choreograph almost all of their own routines is even more impressive. I feel like their dances are always so creative, powerful, meaningful, and satisfying. I highly recommend people to watch the performance/mv of their song Fallin' Flower... you won't regret it!
'Fallin' Flower' is the most beautiful choreography I've ever seen. If this video was created after Fallin' Flower was released, I bet that the whole choreography would be included in the visually appealing category.
cherry bomb definitely was THAT choreo and even though it’s not in the video i would’ve loved to see outros of hala hala and wonderland by ateez bc those were super gooddd
no one else could pull of that concept, honestly. also, taeyong is the perfect center for NCT's concept because his style of dancing is so weird and quirky. if it was someone else, it wouldn't work as well. They are all great dancers, but imagine someone else doing this 14:47
@Anjali They do but I feel like they should have more recognition. Most are really know Cherry Bomb. Although that is also a really satisfying choreography.
Hoshi doesn't make the choreo for a large part of the song now tho. They just work alongside the choreographer. Idk why they stopped, but it's less burden on Hoshi at least.

Totally agreed and they are always unique! Their everything; songs, mvs, dances, fashion style.... they are so different than usual kpop and this is what i most like about them
That 7th sense intro of NCT literally gives me goosebumps everytime i hear the song and watch the choreo.Such mystery and rebellions it holds.Sherlock by Shinee is also great.
SHINee could've changed Minho's position during the propellor formation to make it symmetrical again but they kept their original positions. It's just a tiny detail but it shows how much SHINee think about what they're telling us with their performances :-)
Jeon Jungshook hhhdhhd thank you ,, i couldn't add anything else the video is already 16 mins long people wouldn't watch it if i made like a 30 min video or something lmao
Ikr, the choreograph mainly not just focused on the execution but how we add the flavour on each moves, that's why each member hit different vibes. I understand why the boys in 101 got sweat when they heard 7th sense on perform list, it is so rare for a group with less than 7 member pull up such complex choreo
My Name Is Not That Hard To Spell can you just let people appreciate other choreos? yes, Move is absolutely iconic and difficult but there are others that either meet or exceed the level of difficulty. so *please* just let people talk about other choreos? Move isn’t the only hard choreo out there. have a good day/night. :)
Shinee honestly got the whole thing tho. But like 7th sense, the whole song is amazing the choreo, the vocals, rap visuals, literally it’s one of the best songs
@@devilsadvocate9123 now while it isn’t the hardest dance ever, it’s very difficult musicality and you really have to be able to executed it perfectly to get it right. The song just has so many little details that you easily could miss, and it’s different from many other debuts due to it.
i agere with all of it i mean cherry bomb is so iconic. the only thing i would add is the stray kids side effects chorus and the ateez hala hala chorus (maybe the say my name driving dance too)
In my opinion, SVT literally has the best choreography for all period. From every aspect they choreo just build perfectly. But, i also agreed that NCT cherry bomb choreography are a very masterpiece. Im so blessed to watched svt+nct choreos at the same time.

*V I B R A T I N G T I D D I E S* bruh that had me dead. And in my opinion Seventeen and NCT had most beautiful and best choreographies in kpop history, and the sóng too
I've watched so many SEVENTEEN dance practices that my eyes have become trained to spot people that are not in sync with their choreos. A BLESSING really
Question: *What makes a choreography pleasing and entertaining to watch?* 1. *Detail-oriented* (has lots of intricate and subtle movements) 2. *Lyrical* (there are movements or formations that connects to the song) 3. *Clean* (there is cohesiveness in levels especially in jumps and the placing of hands, arms, feet, etc. This can also includes symmetrical formations) 4. *Unique and has some acrobatics* (but take note that acrobatics do not necessarily make a better choreo) 5. *Has imageries* (this what makes a choreo unique and lyrical) 6. *Expressive* (good facial expression, I'd prefer to say that there's acting in the choreo) Question: *What makes a group known for their choreographies and dancing skills as a whole?* 1. Same energy (at least one or no member is off esp. with choreos that require lots of energy) 2. Incredible body control (especially with small, intricate movements, and isolation) 3. Everyone shines (not only the center/s shine) 4. Can pull off any of own choreographies which makes viewers unable or hard to tell who the main or lead dancers are 5. Versatile (have explored different kinds of dance---could be hiphop, urban, contemporary, musical, etc... and this also determine if a group can be able to show their individual styles because each or some member may excel in a particular type of dance) 6. Maximizes the number of members So what group has the following above? My answer: *SEVENTEEN* They are known for being experimental and that's what makes them apart from the other groups because they don't follow trends. Their comebacks are different from one to another. Their choreos are known for *story-telling* so their dances are lyrical and detailed. They do both big movements and small movements but still maintained the cleanliness and the beauty of their choreos. Personally, the most detailed, balanced, and yet artistic choreo I've seen from them (literally in the whole Kpop industry) is their *Fallin' Flower* choreo. This choreo requires ALMOST all since it is a vocal and rap-centric song: small and big movements, slow and fast pacing, unique and creative because of imageries, and most of all, lyrical. Most of their choreos are lyrical and expressive which I personally like when watching a choreo: Mansae, Pretty U, Very Nice, Don't Wanna Cry, etc. Their choreos were the main reason why I stanned them (I just later appreciate their vocals, visuals, and craziness). Hats off also to this group: *ASTRO.* I don't know much about this group but since I'm fond of watching dance choreographies, I could say that this group also possesses the qualities I mentioned above in their choreos. They are incredible dancers especially that their dances are mostly contemporary, and contemporary dances are one of the most difficult to pull-off dances. Even Cha Eunwoo, who I find the weakest dancer for me, can still dance well along with the members. Aside from the two mentioned, I personally watch these groups' choreos a lot. I just can't include them as my answer since I noticed that they haven't explored many dances that much and most of them stick to sharp and edgy choreos (mostly dark). I'm not pertaining to all groups to be mentioned below but at least, I'm looking for a group that I would clearly see how they could perform different types of genre. Unfortunately, these groups haven't made it YET as for my analyses. Please, don't ever think that I'm trying to say that they are not good. I find them good too (I would not watch them often if not). And I would say that some of their dance lines are the best in the Kpop industry and are even better than that of SVT's and ASTRO's. Anyway, I learned SOME of their choreos. *Stray Kids* *The Boyz* *Verivery* *NCT* (mostly 127 and Dream--has the best dance line in Kpop) *A.C.E* *GOT7* *TXT* *BTS* (their old choreos, 2013-2017--has the best dance line in Kpop) *SHINee* (give me breath, Taemin!) *Super Junior* (their early songs, 2005-2012. Sorry it's too personal, I was first an ELF and their choreographies alongside SHINee got me to Kpop way back 2013) *Infinite* *Golden Child* (just some) *Pentagon* (just some) *EXO* (just some esp. when they were still 12--and *The Eve*. Kai is one of the best main dancers in Kpop) *Monsta X (just some) *Girl Groups:* BLACKPINK (not a Blink but I watch them often comparing to other ggs. Maybe Lisa is just killin' me with her dancing skill) Gfriend (the best for me in gg) IZ*ONE (beautiful formations) ITZY LOONA (sometimes. I personally like their Cherry Bomb, so swag) TWICE (watched and learned their choreos most, but I'm not fond of their choreos) Red Velvet (I just appreciate them more with their vocals--but I love their choreos, too) Girls' Generation Pristin If you happen to read this comment up to here, a big THANKS! If you're going to say your own opinion, please do it in a respectful way. Anyway, these are my fandoms: *Carat* and *Melody* (was an ELF and Reveluv--I just don't follow SuJu and RV a lot recently).
The steps in their choreo are just way too unique. I haven't seen any kpop groups doing the same or almost identical iconic move of san in hala hala, the chorus choreo of answer, the 'hakuna matata' part of wave, the chorus choreo of pirate king, etc. Y'all should give Anze Skrube (choreographer) some credit for making some of those iconic dances of ateez.
TBH it's more of how they perform it. You give them a very simple choreo and they still make it so insane. Well it is expected when you have members like San in the group😅😁😁

NCT Dream were in their freaking 14s~16s when they had to do all these hard af choreographies, screams king material to me
mfal is one of my fav choreos. it's just so different, creative, energetic, and vibrant. the dreamies are amazing for being able to master it at such a young age
It's the fact that Mark- the oldest of NCT dream was 17 and Jisung- the youngest was 14..........I don't know how to feel
Seventeen has one of the most unique choreo's, they wouldn't fail to include sign languages in their choreos. And also their dances aren't only based on the beats of the songs, it's also inspired from the lyrics itself. They practice hours upon hours just to have a synchronized & wonderful output. Seventeen really has that passion for their work & their music.
i agree, they work too hard and give us the best music and performances but not enough people appreciate them.

They're the first
it's not just hoshi too! some members that aren't part of the performance unit also take part in it, while the performance unit members sometimes help choreograph or choreograph to their own songs/other songs. for example dino choreographing flower (it was performed at mama too!!) at 19 and having a series called danceology which showcases his dancing skills, minghao also does contemporary dancing too! jun usually posts vocal covers or releases osts instead of dancing since he has said he wants to show his vocals more since he already dances on stage, but it doesn't make him any less of an amazing dancer! he also participates in choreography making too, you should check out his duo with minghao called my i which he and minghao choreographed!

Dude same
So true king of choreographies
SAME
No fr tho
I think of K-pop lol, but yes nct and svt are literally 🔥
my favs: seventeen, nct, stray kids, ateez, the boyz
seventeen: amazing intricate choreography and they’re amazingly synchronized. they use their power in numbers to make beautiful images and powerful performances. hoshi is rlly a genius choreographer and he choreographs with their fans in mind and adds small details and hidden meanings like the sign language for thank you in “thanks” and when they held their pinkies at the end bc of their team rings omg literally perfection. their performances are always so entertaining and their nickname of “the theatre kids of kpop” fits them perfectly. the energy they put in and their stage presence takes you on the story of their songs and they deserve every best male dance performance award they’ve ever received
nct: it’s just so weird but it looks good. they have very amazing dancers that just catch your eye and just have unique wtf is that choreos that are iconic. their dances look hard but they make it look easy at the same time?? every unit’s performances are always amazing and when all 1000000 of the members dance together its somehow even better
stray kids: they always have very fun or powerful choreos. skz uses each member and showcases them and they have amazing stage presence that gives their performances so much added flare and you just can’t help but love them and their performance because you can just tell they love what they’re doing also the ✨duality✨ is crazy
ateez: the POWER and ENEGY is insane especially san like he dances as if he was possessed by a demon and it’s amazing. you can see their teamwork when they dance and they never fail to make me amazed with their performance. i love the small quirks in their dances and their amazing songs makes the performance even more intriguing
the boyz: they also use their strength in numbers and are known for their performances. they have so much trust in each other which allows them to do crazy amazing stunts and it just makes their performance so lovable. their performances on road to kingdom are my favorite because they rlly show off their dancing skills and showcase their versatility throughout their stages. they aren’t afraid to take risks and they blend so well together as well as individually standing out at the same time and have great synchronization and have a lot of versatility

Same, it is ICONIC

Sameeee i sometimes feel unimpressed or something like that because my eyes have been trained to watch detailed syngcronized and hard dance choreos
@SebongteenDiamond you just proved them right lol
Question: *What makes a choreography pleasing and entertaining to watch?*
1. *Detail-oriented* (has lots of intricate and subtle movements)
2. *Lyrical* (there are movements or formations that connects to the song)
3. *Clean* (there is cohesiveness in levels especially in jumps and the placing of hands, arms, feet, etc. This can also includes symmetrical formations)
4. *Unique and has some acrobatics* (but take note that acrobatics do not necessarily make a better choreo)
5. *Has imageries* (this what makes a choreo unique and lyrical)
6. *Expressive* (good facial expression, I'd prefer to say that there's acting in the choreo)
Question: *What makes a group known for their choreographies and dancing skills as a whole?*
1. Same energy (at least one or no member is off esp. with choreos that require lots of energy)
2. Incredible body control (especially with small, intricate movements, and isolation)
3. Everyone shines (not only the center/s shine)
4. Can pull off any of own choreographies which makes viewers unable or hard to tell who the main or lead dancers are
5. Versatile (have explored different kinds of dance---could be hiphop, urban, contemporary, musical, etc... and this also determine if a group can be able to show their individual styles because each or some member may excel in a particular type of dance)
6. Maximizes the number of members
So what group has the following above?
My answer: *SEVENTEEN*
They are known for being experimental and that's what makes them apart from the other groups because they don't follow trends.
*Stray Kids*
*The Boyz*
*Verivery*
*NCT* (mostly 127 and Dream--has the best dance line in Kpop)
*A.C.E*
*GOT7*
*TXT*
*BTS* (their old choreos, 2013-2017--has the best dance line in Kpop)
*SHINee* (give me breath, Taemin!)
*Super Junior* (their early songs, 2005-2012. Sorry it's too personal, I was first an ELF and their choreographies alongside SHINee got me to Kpop way back 2013)
*Infinite*
*Golden Child* (just some)
*Pentagon* (just some)
*EXO* (just some esp. when they were still 12--and *The Eve*. Kai is one of the best main dancers in Kpop)
*Monsta X (just some)
*Girl Groups:*
BLACKPINK (not a Blink but I watch them often comparing to other ggs. Maybe Lisa is just killin' me with her dancing skill)
Gfriend (the best for me in gg)
IZ*ONE (beautiful formations)
ITZY
LOONA (sometimes. I personally like their Cherry Bomb, so swag)
TWICE (watched and learned their choreos most, but I'm not fond of their choreos)
Red Velvet (I just appreciate them more with their vocals--but I love their choreos, too)

felix freckles i just like to tease people. Sorry for bothering you
I don't wanna fight you cuz hell this is true but what do you think about adding teen top and infinite in the bandwagon?
I don't stan Seventeen but don't wanna cry is a masterpiece and my absolute favorite kpop choreography. It is art, it is a masterpiece and it will be going into the history books as one of the most visually pleasing choreographies ever.
If you watch their new choreo for fallinn' flower I feel you would like it since you enjoyed don't wanna cry because it is a great piece of art :)) (you don't have to ofc lol, just a suggestion)
agree tho
Thanks for praising them like this♡ iwuffyu lol

When you know you gonna see shinee, nct, seventeen are here, you just can't denied but smash that like button
SHINee setting the bar high resulting in a culture of idols serving entertainment feasts for us fans 😍
Can't imagine the hard work that goes into NCT and SVT's dances sincd they have to synchronize so many ppl.
Kudos also to their choreographers and backup dancers.
I feel SEVENTEEN, NCT and EXO have the best choreography. 👌🏼
