NiKo or Shroud's routine would be nice, I love NiKo's consistent smooth aim with pixel precise flicks and Shroud's accuracy and precision on any type of aiming while playing multiple games on different sensitivities.
Shrouds made it pretty clear he doesn’t have any routine. He just plays. Hes been streaming games nearly every day for years. Most people that play that much will naturally be good.
4FFORD Just watch ScreaM practice. His aim is better than both of theirs. You can’t have both NiKo and Shroud’s aim. Shroud has shaky aim, similar to Stewie’s. NiKo is much more fluid.
I use more or less the same routine as you do, i just feel a connection between my hand and mouse, when i'm ready. Sounds weird, but the "mouse as an extension of your arm" kind of nails it. Some days i just don't get the right feeling, often this is due to my mind being somehwere else or being tired. I recently got into the habit of just not playing any comp style game when i'm tired, this way i don't get frustrated or learn bad habits, i think this can be beneficial to have a more consistent performance. I also think, that physical fitness in general helps with gaming, as your concentration capacity is higher and you have a good balance between sitting at the desk and physical activity.
I'm just glad to hear I'm not alone in that there are days when I never feel like I'm in complete control of my mouse/aim no matter how much I play. It's especially comforting to know that even really high-level players have this problem!
This is a good video. Just wanted to mention one thing, you shouldn’t really foam roll your lower back, upper back is fine, but rolling the lower back like that puts a lot of pressure on the spine. I use something called a peanut (essentially two balls stuck together) for my lower back.
Pressing points on an open hand with the opp hand index and thumb is really good, especially for those days where you feel cold for some reason, can recommend 👍
ScreaM's routine seems interesting to see. Other professional players are just good at the game because of just how intelligent they are, but ScreaM has an extremely aim focused play style so he might help improve aim than other pros would.
Tenz from c9 has a really interesting routine if you would like to cover that. Maybe you could cover someone from a non cs background too, like a pro in a battle royale or a team shooter.
Love seeing videos like this! As an average/causally competitive player trying to improve and learn how step up my game it helps to see how it’s practiced and done by the pros or high level players. It’s like trying to learn a sport from scratch without having a coach or method of systematic learning. I feel like these practices are normal for the seasoned competitive gaming community, but for casual people trying to learn and get better videos like this go really far. Thank you for sharing. Learning how to learn is the biggest thing for a beginner.
I always listen to whatever you say. These tips will help me to become a better and decent player. After the lockdown, i am planning to assemble my own gaming pc so that i won't be waiting my turn to play in a computer cafe. I started playing CSGO back in 2017 and I fell in love with with the game immediately, that's why i take this game seriously and absorb tips from a much experience player like you. Thank you for sharing us your knowledge and experience regarding this game. Stay safe and be healthy, Coach Rambo. Love from the Philippines!
I love your videos Rambo! Each one helps so much in developing my aim, and just trying to improve in general for fps games. Awesome video, keep up the great work!
Great video! I'm working on having a set warm up routine and so far it is helping. The stretches and a light workout before I play helps a lot too. Also, I'd love to know what Elige, Stewie2k and ShahZam's warm ups are like.
I have watched many of your videos. I am not playing shooting games competitvley but only to relax and have fun. Same of the techniques you listed helped me improve very much in such small time period! Is all about keeping the right balance among all factors involved I guess xD. Keep the good work coach. Many thanks from Cyprus!!
Would love to see a video on the vandal phantom and the ghost armor discussion and how you think about that or what you prefer or advise to play or is it really just personal preference?
On bomb site A on Nuke (CS 1.6), there were a few boxes in front of the house/hut/blue (how you call it today). And the position of these boxes was called "Rambo" by two of my mates who played cs since the very beginning. In cs 1.6 there were many positions called after pro player, who dominated once at these positions. Were the boxes named after you? Was that how you called them back in the days, because of some special plays from you at that position? Best wishes from Germany.
aceus warmup routine would be very interesting to watch and learns , i seen what he does and it is mind boggling so to have a thorough explanation on what hes doing to warmup would be much appreciated
good video i have more or less the same warmup, if u can do a video for a daily routine based on a consistent pro player like niko or s1mple it will be really helpful.
please , try talking to nikO and ask him his journey throughout years about how he worked on his crosshair movement, adjustments, placement and then getting it in sync with his amazing sprays, accuracy and flicking.
u could do the warmups of :C9 TENZ , pvpx,m1xwell,dafran,skadoodle or shroud (anyone of them would be amazing but if i had to choose one m1xwell for sure
I really wanna see Kabaji's warm up, because his tracking is so good. It honestly makes me wonder why he didn't go OWL, he'd absolutely roll on the hitscan duels.
I used to play for hours when I was younger and was always consistent. Now that I'm 29 I have realized that by 4PM or so my skills start to fall off and I just am not going to be as good as I was earlier in the day. I have switched to playing games for a few hours in the morning on my days off instead of at night.
chocotaco or shroud would be good since they both have a background in cs and both play multiple types of games so there will be something for everyone since i assume ur viewer base is defs more that cs/valorant
I would like if you did a warm up routine on any Overwatch pro. Tho I can probalby tell your specialty isn't Overwatch, that's the game I wanna get into competitively so a warm up routine from an Overwatch DPS player would be really good.
Rambo, can you please reach out to Elige on Team Liquid for his warmup routine? I've witnessed it in his stream and I've tried my best to replicate what he does because it seems the most comprehensive. As far as I know, he does the stretches you mentioned, along with some more. I believe he will also use 'Kovaaks FPS Aim Trainer' on occasion but I'd love to hear it straight from him what exactly he does on a daily basis. Another player worth talking about is probably KennyS but from the interviews I've seen, it seems KennyS does not like discussing his practice and warmup routines, presumably because he doesn't want give up secrets that allow him to remain in the top fraction of a percent of AWPers.
@@RonRamboKim yoooooo... respect from Chile my man, i saw you in an old video of 1.6 when Sievers miss the bomb defuse for like 0,1 sec, old goldy days
Just from this video there's so much I'd love to discuss and talk to you about. I know this sounds like time waste at first, but I dove down the rabbit hole of creating routines, experimenting what affects my aim consistency in consideration of how much sun I got, my sleep, my food, warmup, mental state, monitor distance, positioning and sooooo on. And you obviously did too, and there's alot of stuff where I'd love to talk to you so I can get a completely different point of view, from a person living in a completely different enviroment on certain topics within this whole maximize-performance topic. Actually eager to win your giveaway just to get this 1 hour so I can talk to you a bit. I don't know where else to find someone so "balanced" and so deep into the topic as well that I can talk to, knowing they're not "amateurs" on that field just wasting my time when I'd try and talk to them. If you read this and you're interested in talking even if it's just shortly, just drop a quick comment here? I'd phrase my questions and thought trains beforehand to not waste any of your time and to get to the point quick, and I'd drop my discord tag here or dm you on discord through your server right away if you'd like. If you read this and you don't have time or are not interested in this kind of conversation at all, I'd absolutely understand as well. Now let's hope that you even see this and are willing to even start reading this wall of text ^^

Hey Ron, thanks for all your video, they have been helping me improve myself for Valorant. On this note, what is your opinion on Aim Labs, I've been using it to warm-up and see my deficiencies: one big one is tracking.Would you recommend continuing drills like this or would playing the game be better in that case?
i dont have experience with aim labs but i highly recommend kovaaks, my only problem with it is that its 10$ but if you do get it, stay away from kovaaks 2.0 the meta, kovaaks aim trainer comesin the same game and it has 3000+ pre made scenerios to practice and way more usermade scenerios you can find
