She uses the Ethan Craft method I assume. It’s not the conditioner for one. Shampoo only and it’s lather, rinse but don’t repeat

This series is the Level 5 of 4 Levels
i been a professional cook and baker for the past 10 years and i'm working on opening my own cookie shop, one thing i learn is that you can bake a cookie in a microwave. however, it can be a bit stressful.
* 1st. - you need to take too account the type of microwave you have in your home. some microwave heat faster then others. if you place 1 scoop of cookie dough in a tea cup and microwave it, the dough will begin to cook and grow like a Souffle, but it wont be light and fluffy like your traditional Souffle. it will have a texture between a souffle and brownie.
*2nd - you also need to be careful how many minute you microwave the cookie. if you microwave for too long it will burn. even a few seconds can cost the dough to burn to a crisp. so you need to keep an eye on it and be ready to hit the stop button.
*3rd - you wont be able to bake a sheet pan of cookies on your traditional home microwave. this is why i suggested a tea cup or souffle mold. you need to use something that is microwave safe.
*4th- if you try to microwave more then 4 scoop of cookie dough it wont bake even.
if you manage to learn how to bake cookie dough in microwave, you will find it very rewarding.
Like the Chef mention in the video, you wont get the crispiness, chewiness, color and Caramelization you get when baking in a Oven.
I love it when they do this. It's also nice to hear that they all know each other.
I love chocolate, I love raisins, I love chocolate covered raisins BUT neVER raisins and chocolate chips in the same cookie. Oatmeal raisin cookies with walnuts or sunflower seeds are the only raisin cookie I allow in my house.

What's really nice is using choc honeycomb for cookies, it'll be a crispy cookie because the honey melts but it blends so well into the dough and is sooo good.
