This welding is an aluminum cylinder head, we have to pay attention to aspects of cleanliness on the cylinder head, therefore we need some techniques and tricks to clean the cylinder head, we need to use the sandblasting technique or the scraping technique with a cunner grinding machine, after it is clean, we will weld it with TIG machine with AC DC current for aluminum welding.welding TIG AC DC .

Soldering??? TiG is best weld for aluminum As for sitting in liquid it helps prevent warping during weld process . As for this guy welding not so good of a welder
the use of water with ethylene-glycol is perfect and suitable for large pieces

Desculpe …mal soldado !! Trabalho com TIG a 39 anos …processo está correto..porém a solda não está de acordo!!

How many amp are u setting on machine?
90-100amp range
you need to be around 200 + amps
with a foot pedal to control around edges and hammer the weld deposit to stress relieve
pre heat to 250 c

Waste of time and money
Proper maintainence would have saved that cyl. head , people are so damn lazy and have no time for it. UNTIL the engine takes a dump. I highly doubt that was a one of a kind or rare cyl. head, trash it and get a used one from a junkyard.
I have the same problem but on a jeep 3.6 pentastar
