One thing I love about you guys is that you go back and watch these redesigns to see more details or remember what I changed. Makes me feel like a director! Lord knows how many times I've seen this video for editing, so hopefully it doesn't get stale right away.

If Frederick wasn't also in this moveset I absolutely would. I imagine the characters have lines when they're summoned

Can't wait until you get to Mewtwo. That's a character in _desperate_ need for a redesign that not a lot of people acknowledge. Created to be the most powerful Pokemon of all time, yet most of its attacks are either tail or darkness. Mewtwo's Pokken moveset runs laps around Smash Mewtwo
I think mewtwo should have his voice from Pokémon the first movie
Hey sleepy, loved the idea for counter, but I would change the dodge from a regular z axis dodge to a x axis dodge as it fits the idea of spacing and also compliments my previous idea of x axis dodge attacks for the character
Edit: 16:27 ehhhh finally I made it in a vid. And you used my idea. Thank you sleepy. So adding onto my og comment, I would make it so that they take the back step, but directional input can change the direction and it is always in the x axis. Also the more you hold in a direction, the further you go, helping in microspacing.
Edit 2: I like the idea of stoic lucina but she was acting as such and so I have a nice idea for a shield special, the mask. She puts it on like the taunt but stays there. Her voice lines and animations become more refined and stoic. Pressing shield special again.......hey father what are you doing here? Chrom accidentally knocks over lucina's mask like he does in the iconic cutscene
Edit 3: her animations and voice lines are much clumsier when the mask is off
As a FE fan, this is a pretty cool video man!
I like how Chrom and Lucina are still easy to play, like how awakening was made to be more accessible

After replaying Binding Blade I want to remove Roy's legs.
I like your idea of summoning a Pair Up partner for a special, I just think it fits Robin better, since his character design's already about resource management.
Since Robin still has Chrom in his Final Smash, I'd replace Robin's down special with a move that summons Chrom to perform a powerful counterattack right in front of Robin. This would reference Dual Guard, where a Pair Up partner has a chance of negating damage done to their partner. However, I'd make it so Chrom still takes damage if he's hit, making Chrom another of Robin's resources that he has to use carefully.
Big reminder just incase....
once you do Wario's video, make sure to add that one pose he Does in "Wario: Master Of disguise" as his spot dodge, because I kinda think its cool and since Master of Discuise is an underrated game, it should get more recognition it deserves

Why not have Lucina and chrom do aether in different orderers? (Sol -> Luna vs Luna -> Sol) its not accurate but its a neat difference imo
Marth's moveset is okay
Lucina needs some acrobatic and fast moves from Awakening and her bow and arrows from Fire Emblem Heroes.
About Chrom, I'd remove "Flare" Blade's recoil damage (but decreasing its knockback to balance it), Counter now would make Chrom move forwards like Little Mac's Slip Counter, the Aether as his new Side B, while his new Final Smash should to be his super move from Fire Emblem Warriors (it's similar to Ike's Great Aether, but with a bigger range and faster). Also, I'd give hime some kicking attacks for his Back Air and Back Throw, since he kicks the opponents during Robin's Final Smash.
So, I had this idea for Robin. What if he used different arcs at different angles of directional input. Like dancing blade and little mac f smash. This is for all of his specials, normals like jab tilts smash attacks etc. For the specials, they directly use them and the switch to a random one if they run out in the middle of the move (ahem up b ahem). For the normals, the Levin sword is the only one used for all different attacks but once it runs out you use the arcs to attack (like how I explained above) or you can use the shield special to change from sword to magic. If you do change magic to sword with the Levin sword, you know what happens. Now Robin mains can have a character in the other half of their matches

I am so sorry but the fact that robin’s side b is called arc fire and that I haven’t played awakening caused me to think that the magic was called arcs. I just remembered that it was called tomes. I could still be wrong. Once again I am so sorry

My problem with Chrom is that his design as a Fire Emblem character who borrrows moves from other Fire Emblem characters suits Lucina better. As a child unit, Lucina's skills are determined by Chrom and whoever her marries. What better way of translating Lucina inheriting from her lineage by making her the character who borrows from the other FE characters instead? Maintain some of her normals to draw from Marth, give her Soaring Slash and Astra as callbacks to Ike's specials, and give her a Pair Up Final Smash like Robin but have her summon Morgan for help instead.
