Very helpful video. Thanks!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you. Your video was very helpful, particularly as my new A9 FE came with next to nothing to go on.
Thanks for watching! I'm glad you found it helpful!
Great video, Thanks.
The wallpaper used as tablet background on the thumbnail looks dope, Where can I get it?
Thanks! The background is called Ocean Spill, by Luke Willis. You can get it from an app called Backdrops -- play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.backdrops.wallpapers
Great tablet. The slim keyboard is limited (no backlight, volume or speaker control) but lightweight and useful for travel. But I still use a full sized Bluetooth keyboard when typing long emails, etc.
Agreed! The keyboard is pretty comfortable to type on so far, but I find myself reaching for a touchpad every so often and then realising the keyboard doesn't have one. I can definitely see how a full-sized Bluetooth keyboard would be useful! I might even need a wireless mouse if I want to use this as a long-term productivity device.
@@ZaeemSiddiquiI use a mouse as well. The keyboard came bundled with my S6 Lite trade-in, so I can't complain.
@ZaeemSiddiqui does the keyboard scratch the screen ?😊
@@HOPECOUNTYXY Great question! The keyboard does not scratch the screen at all.
Couple thoughts. Realistically, when are you going to be using your tablet, in keyboard mode, in a situation where you CANT read the keys? If it's pitch black, you shouldn't be looking at a screen anyway. In a desk situation, the ambient light would provide enough light.
Keyboard stopped working any ideas of settings. Pen and touch are fine?
I'm not sure! Could it be that the pogo pins are not connecting properly to the tablet? Maybe they're blocked by dust or something.
How do you connect it? I seem to be having issues with that
It should snap into place using the magnets at the bottom of the tablet. You might need to move the table slightly left or right to make sure the camera aligns with the cutout on the back of the keyboard case.
How do you start typing on the keyboard? I thought I was getting the touch pad with it....sigh.
Same! I thought the touchpad would be so useful for DeX mode, but I find that I can use DeX mode efficiently without needing a touchpad or mouse. In rare cases where I really need one, I use a Bluetooth mouse.
The keyboard should work as soon as it's connected to the tablet. You can use it to navigate the homescreen (arrow keys) or just tap on a text field and start typing.
How you feel about the size ?
Great question! It's much smaller than the 12-inch Samsung Galaxy Book I've been using as my primary computer for the past few years. But the bezels are thinner, which makes the screen feel bigger. It's also lighter and a lot more portable than the Galaxy Book, so I'm really pleased with the size. I think the S9 Ultra would have been too big to carry around, and the S9 Plus would have been too awkward for vertical/single-handed usage (e.g., holding the tablet in one hand and using the S Pen in the other to take notes).
@@ZaeemSiddiqui thank you so much 🤍🤍
Can you advice which cheaper keyboard is good if ordered on Amazon?
Price?
The Tab S9 costs £799 and the Slim Book Keyboard Cover costs £139.
