Hi to all in Singapore, FYI HOLD FN for 5 seconds enables FUNCTION Button LOCK, so can use all the keys, Volume, Brightness, DEX without FN+Button.

    $350 for a KB cover....... lol, F-no!
For that amount of money they should've included some USB ports and a 3.5mm jack, maybe also a full size SD slot to make it more of a Android PC so you don't have to lug a hub with you. Maybe a extra battery to increase the run time.
I'm planning on getting a S9 Ultra but only getting a flip tri fold case for it so I can have standup or more laid down so I can use it as a drawing display. I already have a 3 device Logitech k380 keyboard.
They're just trying to be like Apple, instead they should bring back features.

Yeah, it is insanely overpriced. I won't buy it if it wasn't included as a bundle

Everything I wanted to know. Great job! Thank you.
Only additional thing would be what it is like to use on the couch, on your lap, on a bed. I feel like it won't be great in those instances.

Thanks for the review. Even though it's expensive, I think I'll get this tablet with the keyboard/trackpad, as I think it will last for a few years. It does hurt to pay that much for a case though 😂

@@teohontech7141 I have ordered the damn thing already, but didn’t do my homework on the accessories. Fortunately I have found the same keyboard Europe/uk (qwerty) I just feel like they’re going down the apple route. I found a few of the keyboards around the $200 mark which still stings. This keyboard better be good or I’ll be returning the tablet and keyboard. I have two MacBooks, and two iPad Pro’s at least the keyboards on the iPad Pros are pretty good. I just wanted the freedom of android on a large tablet. Time will tell!

I managed to pick up the keyboard and touchpad for $290. It’s still obscenely expensive for a qwerty kb/tp but I had a hands on experience with the tablet which convinced me to pay the extra gbp/usd

On Samsung shop it says Book Cover Keyboard is compatible with Samsung Galaxy Tab S9, S9+, S9 Ultra. There is a huge size difference between S9 and S9 Ultra, how will this cover fit them both? There is only one Book Cover Keyboard on sale too.

How practical is the portability? I am between getting s9 ultra or ipad pro 12.9. By deal breaker would be portability but I prefer android because of versatility

    • @teohontech7141
      @teohontech7141  Год назад +3

They are both portable, but obviously, the 11-inch and 12.4-inch are more portable. Ultra feels like a 14-inch laptop, iPad Pro 12.9 feels like a 13-inch laptop.
These are considered, in my opinion, tablet top devices, especially the Tab S9 Ultra

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you have the Samsung keyboard, then you should have the case. If you want to just use the keyboard but case from other brand, just make sure the case only applies to the back like the original Samsung one.

Are there any Keyboards that support Str + Backspace or a similar shortcut to delete an entire Word? I was at a Store trying out the S9 Ultra (OneUi 5.x) with the Samsung Book detachable Keyboard and I couldn't manage to find a shortcut to delete an entire word. Do other Bluetooth Keyboards support that or is it just a setting in Android/OneUI? Thx in advance!

Hi Teoh, thanks for the review, I'm looking forward to getting a book cover keyboard for the base model (as I prefer a compact tablet for mobility). But what kind of screen protector is suitable if I get myself this book cover keyboard? I don't think the Note Papper will be suitable as it requires me to detach it first which will make the mobility purpose void. Thanks!

    • @teohontech7141

You can get the clear screen protector, the thin type.
