5:20 Meaning you scan this paper several times after each "layer" ending up with several scanned files?
Thanks for watching (: I scan each page (layer) only one time. In Part 3 you will see how I create different pieces with the same clipart. In photoshop you can duplicate the pieces, so no need to scan additional.
@@SandraEide yes! Ok that's what I meant. You paint a layer and scan it. Paint another layer and scan that. So the sheet of paper gets scanned for each layer. What a great idea!! Thank you!!

What size do you recommend painting clip art?
It depends on what you're painting but I usually paint on an 8.5x11 inch sheet of watercolor paper and scan in it at 300 dpi or 600 dpi if you want to size them larger.
@@SandraEide Multiple pieces on one sheet? Or one piece on each sheet? I usually paint more pieces on one sheet if they're simple, like loose florals, etc.
@@yvonned3557 yes me too. I often paint multiple smaller sized florals on one page, each flower being 1-2 inches. I'm all for saving money on paper because watercolor paper can be a bit more expensive so use every inch of space you can.
What if you don't know how to paint? Lol =D
