No matter how awesome new Zelda games are, Twilight Princess has been my All Time favourite Zelda game since The Nintendo Wii Era and will always be! I really hope it's coming for Switch as a HD Remake like Skyward Sword. 😊❤

Funny is the series is so good that no matter what order someone chooses you cant go wrong, the worst Zelda game is still a masterpiece!

@@Urlastnerve I would agree with you there. Granted, I haven't fully played through BotW, but after learning about it extensively and being able to compare it to TotK, everything just felt so much better in the latter

@@chappielivdahl Ive put hundreds of hours in both games. I love them both a lot. But Tears is just better at everything. Breath just has the wow factor of being the first of its kind.
Skyward Sword helped craft Breath of the Wild but regardless, it is my second favorite after Ocarina. I felt like a child all over again in the sky learning to play, understand, and getting used to the controls. Plus its story, villains, and final fight are top notch.
Skyward Sword was my First Zelda game i complete and still one of my favorite game in the franchise.
Without Skyward Sword we never got Breath of the wild.
Since Wolf Link is brought to Breath of the Wild as a companion to Link, why couldn’t Tears of the Kingdom bring him back?
I remember someone testing the Wolf Link Amiibo in TOTK. They got a bunch of meat and were like "OH MY GOD, YOU MURDERED HIM!".

TotK isn’t on the Wii U
While I understand the frustrations on the gameplay and control mechanics on the Wii, Skyward Sword served as an amazing origin story of how everything began.
The details of how the Master Sword is forged. The romantic dynamics of Link and Zelda. Both are the reincarnations of the Goddess Hylia and her first hero. Fi being an amazing companion. The Triforce. Demise place a curse on them of death and reincarnations. And how the land of Hyrule is built.
I really like this concept of the game. And if weren’t for the commercials Robin Williams is in, I wouldn’t got involved with this. RIP legend.

How is twilight princess ranked second last?
If you’re a 90’s kid who had read the manga adaptation and played the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on Nintendo 64, then you had a great childhood experience!
I actually was born in the year 2000, but my brothers played this game on the N64 when I was a kid, and I would watch them play it, and I can proudly say that I have played this game, combining the N64 and 3DS versions together 20+ times in my life! I feel like this game doesn't get enough appreciation from fans and is very underrated in my opinion. I really enjoy playing breath of the Wild, but Ocarina of time is the BEST Zelda game with twilight Princess being 2nd, Skyward Sword being 3rd, majora's mask 4th, and breath of the Wild being 5th and link's awakening being 6th in my books! But that's probably just me!🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤗🤗🤗💕💕💕
I read the manga but I was born late for the n64. I did play ocarina of time on the 3ds though and I’d say my childhood was pretty great
At the end of the day these are all amazing games no matter what ranking you put them in.
This. Each person has their favorite Zelda game. But they’re all fantastic in their own right.
Tears of the kingdom is much better then Breath of the wild, more spesific the Story and dungeons. Sure i love Breath of the Wild But tears of of the kingdom is a big improvement.

Welp, my favorite only made number four. I love the creative freedom of Tears of the Kingdom, basically begging you to break the game 5 hours into the experience. I wish more game were like this honestly.

Ocarina of Time and Wind Waker are equally the best
As a huge fan of Twilight Princess, I'm greatly disappointed that WM would place it so low. To me, it will ALWAYS be #1 on the list of 3D Zelda games.
It’s pretty mid - I beat it again last week through dolphin. The wolf sections are super boring, and the art style isn’t as captivating as WW, OOT or MM which all came before it.
Of course Ocarina of Time's gonna be #1. It was the first 3D Zelda game

Honestly, Ocarina of Time was great, hard to top because it was the first 3D Zelda and smashed it. But I don’t think Majora’s mask was as fun. The mask mechanics were dope, but I hated having to constantly reverse the clock and all that came with it. I think Wind Waker and TP are better than it

The time travel mechanics were repetitive, and almost all of the things you have to do in the main quest were annoying. Having to shut up that Goron baby and finding the Zora eggs were awful.

I remember playing breath of the wild for the very 1st time! That game was amazing! Best zelda game that I've ever played!
While the manga adaptation did fill up the loose ends and add in elements that is directly tied to Ocarina of Time, my only negative to Twilight Princess is that they made Princess Zelda an emotionless driving vehicle instead of her own character.
9:28 It's hard to remember a time where freedom equaled fun when the open world was incredibly bland and had very little to actually do in it.

Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, and Breath of the Wild will always be my personal favorites. Ocarina of Time is definitely the most iconic.
Tears of the Kingdom is 1000 times better then Breath of the Wild... it's just like a good update - ranking it behind BoTw is just insane...
TOTK does not have the spirit and artistry of BOTW, it just has some sandboxy elements they throw in there and disrupt the gameplay balance

There's no such thing as a bad 3D Zelda game, but Twilight Princess being rated so low is criminal. Skyward Sword on the Switch without motion controls is extremely underrated. The combat is incredibly engaging and you can't just hack and slash away like previous titles. The combat in the 3D titles before Twilight Princess were mostly mindless hack and slashing aside from the boss fights. TP and SS made me want to engage in the combat as opposed to avoiding it in WW, OOT and MM.
Putting botw in front of totk is blasphemy. It’s better in almost every way

When comparing first play throughs, BOTW is better than TOTK. However if forced to replay one of the two, I’m picking TOTK every time

Here’s my 3D Zelda ranking
1. Wind Waker why because I just love the world and characters, I love the graphics that age well, and I love the story the best.
2. Ocarina of time, the game is a masterpiece has some of the best dungeons ever and the music is always a medicine for me when I’m sad.
3. Twilight princess, love this game definitely has some of the best items and great dungeons with more action then any other Zelda game.
4. Majoras mask, hands down the best music the darkest and one of the most saddest stories but beautiful at the same time, and has the best world in Zelda with some of the best characters.
5. Skyward sword, without a doubt the most underrated one has some cool boss battles and love the story and graphics.
6. Tears of the kingdom, had a good story and loved exploring the new worlds with the crafting ,
7. Breath of the wild, was fun and had the coolest master sword cutscene with the coolest great deku tree.
This guy took off a day from work to play Legend of Zelda. So he took off a day from a job that literally makes you play, review, and make videos of video games & movies/shows. I don’t get it.

Skyward Sword is my 4th favorite Zelda game, my first Zelda game i finished and stil holds a special place in my heart.
I wish we could see more Zelda’s own adventures in Hyrule’s distant past in Tears of the Kingdom since the story itself has been seen in multiple perspectives.
And a playable Zelda would be a fresh-unique concept that would put the franchise forward. But just like Skyward Sword’s Second Quest, Nintendo either refuses to let it happened because the directors announced that there’s no DLC in TOTK or had brought it up but didn’t bother to bring it to light.
To me, I find it very criminal and unforgivable!!!

@@PIGEONPOWER Majora took place in a completely new map and had the three day loop which made it probably the most unique game in the series. Not the same thing.
@@hist150project5tears added two new maps to explore as well as the original revamped map. And the ultrahand/fuse mechanic made that game unique to the series as well. Tears is to botw as majora is to ocarina.
@@PIGEONPOWER The two new maps are a joke. The sky islands are very few and ver sparse, and mostly just the same tiny rocks copy and pasted over and over again. The most interesting sky island is literally the tutorial.
And the depths literally copy and pasted the same topography from Hyrule, inverted the altitude, and called it a day. The depths are extremely empty and dreadfully boring to walk through, and the only main things to do there are turn on light bulbs and getting DLC items from BotW in chests.
Ultrahand/fuse mechanics aren't really unique. They are just a big expansion of the same items that were in BotW, but now they are extremely broken. Puzzles are pretty much non existant since you can easily skip them by building some sort of flying machine.
TotK is less of a Majora's Mask and more of a Zelda 1 Second Quest or Ocarina of Time Master Quest.
Skyward Sword is still a high critical game just like the franchise, its one of my favorite Zelda game and still is.
The fact that so many people have their unique favorite game just shows how incredible this franchise is.
OOT redefined 3D gaming and set the standards for action adventure games.
MM was a unique take on the formula and on the series as a whole.
WW took the franchise to the waters with an incredibly beautiful cellshaded art direction which defied the more realistic and grey art direction of the 6th gen era.
TP refined the formula to perfection.
SS had a fantastic use of motion controls which made the entire game a blast to play.
Botw redefined open world games and gave an incredible sense of freedom.
TOTK expanded the Botw world and gave players unparalleled sense of freedom and room for creativity that other open world games can only dream off it felt like the real next gen experience.
All of these games are fantastic and just shows that aonuma and his team are the best team that Nintendo has!

Over the years I have a pattern where I play ocarina of time then majors mask, that many times I’ve played both, ocarina of time has got to the point where let me finish this game so I can play the fun one and that’s majoras mask.

TP, WW, MM, & OoT are my favorite 3D Zelda games. Been having a lot of fun with ToTK lately.
Turned off the video the second that tears was ranked, as it is just wrong. Tears is the best Zelda game. Period. Breath is the 2nd best Zelda game. Period. Any other list is just… wrong…
People may have different favorites, but tears and breath are objectively the best games.
A lot of people just don't like Ubisoft games.
The good news is they put BOTW as the second best entry for you. Personally I found it to be objectively wrong as I found it based to be the 5th best 3d Zelda game.

How dare you put Tears of the Kingdom below Breath of the Wild!
Most of these lists seriously overrate the open world games.
The way I see Mojo’s ranking is that it is based more on impact. I love OoT but Hyrule field, Lake Hylia, and death mountain felt lifeless with an occasional tektite or peahat.
My favorite game is TP. To me TP is basically OoT on steroids with better dungeons, 2nd best combat (TotK and BotW have amazing combat), best companion, and a world with more life to it. It has my favorite town out of all the Zelda games with its version of Hyrule castle town.
I love BotW and TotK too but they can be too big that I shudder at the time it would take to do a new save file.

The Legend of Zelda is my all time favourite video game franchise, I like Zelda games that much when I was a kid in school I made Zelda Shield and Sword from the Wood, I still have those and I have The Legend of Zelda cap. About of games I have Ocarina of Time and A Link Between Worlds (3DS), Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess (Wii), The Windwaker HD and Breath of the Wild (Wii U), Link's Awakening, Tears of the Kingdom and Gameboy Zelda games like the First Zelda, A Link to the Past and The Minish Cap (Switch). I love that video's thumbnail because there's 2 my first ever played and favourite Zelda games, defienitily Twilight Princess because Wolf is my favourite animal so I like when Link turns into a wolf, Zelda's design with the Brunet hairs, purple and white colored dress and adult looking version of Zelda is the Best Zelda version, but Midna the Twilight Princess herself is the most Beautiest and Strongest The Legend of Zelda characters ever and she's beautier thsn even Zelda herself in my opinion. I've been waiting Twilight Princess coming for Nintendo Switch as a HD Remake like Skyward Sword roo for a long time, let's hope it will finally be in this june's Nintendo Direct 2024! About of Botw and Totk I like Botw more and yes nostalgia since The Nintendo Wii U Era (2016) is The BIGGEST Reason for it and the Birthd Year of the Nintendo Switch (2017) when Botw came for Switch and because Zelda have a longer and beautier hairs in Botw, I can't say nothing about Totk because I haven't played it yet, but I've seen it's amazing Zelda game, still Botw is more important for me. The 3D Zelda games what are my childhood because i'm that young I've never played a 2D Zelda games, A link Between World and Link's Awakening Remake are the Only 2D Zelda games what I've played, but because they're on 3DS and Switch, they have 3D too. The best thing about the 3d Zelda’s is that they are all amazing games. There is not a bad game. Even Skyward Sword is good as long as I can play the HD version. Any ranking aside from the games impact is just personal preference. My favorite is TP but if someone else says WW, OoT, BotW, I can respect it.
Every 3d Zelda game is fantastic in its own way.

You NAILED it with the top two, but I’m afraid that I can’t agree with the placement of Wind Waker or Majora’s Mask. WW is too cartoony, and MM is just too weird. I guess it depends on what you value most in a Zelda game, but WW and MM just didn’t have a good enough pacing. The only game in this list that I haven’t beaten (or even played for that matter) is Tears of the Kingdom, although I REALLY want to soon!

Perfect order
Ocarina of Time will always be my very favorite Zelda Game. The music, story, dungeons, and Nintendo’s first attempt at an open world in 3D made this game really fun. The replay is awesome as well.
BOTW is also my second favorite Zelda game. You are put in an open world to explore not knowing what you will find. The first time I got a Switch and played it was amazing. TOTK is good and all, but it will never replace what it felt like to play an open world Zelda game for the first time and the music in BOTW is better as well.
Arguably TP is a FAR BETTER version of OoT.
