I think LeBron had a better NBA career than Jordan (better longevity/sustained eliteness, just as popular, more salary earned, better all around stats) but what Jordan accomplished in 13 seasons and being near perfect in that span with very minimal Ls and setbacks makes him the greater player. Lebron literally lost 60% of the Finals he played in. Nothing about a 60% losing percentage says 🐐 Name another 🐐 in any sport who has lost more rings than he has won. You can’t and there’s a reason for that. He’s not the 🐐 never has been and never will be. A parachute that only opens up 40% of the time is a shitty parachute. The same can be said for a basketball player who only wins 40% of his championships that he’s played in. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is the most decorated basketball player of all time, is he the GOAT? Wilt Chamberlain holds more records than any other player in NBA history, does that make him the GOAT? The ring conversation is quite stupid because many of the top 75 greatest NBA players of all time haven't won a ring such as Charles Barkley, John Stockton, Karl Malone, and Patrick Ewing who all competed against the Bulls and came up short, but are considered all-time greats.

LeBron has surpassed Michael in many ways other than rings. In boxing, you can have an undefeated record of 6-0 beating bums or a record of 4-6 fighting decent boxers. In the NBA, you must compete against the best teams in the finals.
