The text is created using the Hershey Text extension inside Inkscape - please see www.evilmadscientist.com/2011/hershey-text-an-inkscape-extension-for-engraving-fonts/ for more information. I don't know what you mean by "Inkscape v3" - the current version is 0.92.

Actualy its my mistake its Axidraw V3 and the soft ware which i am using isInkscape 0.91.
Sir by using this hershey text i can't able to write in verity fonts,actually I want to make some gift cards for that I need to go for verity fonts please help me sir

What do you mean by "verity fonts"? The fonts which the Hershey Text extension produces are the only ones possible.

You can use the "Hatch Fill" extension - it's available under the Extensions menu, AxiDraw, then Hatch Fill.

how did you program it to put in the name, address, etc.?

I typed it out in Inkscape using the Hershey Font extension, so it's not exactly able to (for example) read a list of addresses from a file, but that could likely be done with a bit of programming.
