What percentage should I expect to close through follow up appts? is 90% realistic Holy shit that was a great close I cant wait to use that. In my state of Utah, you don't put the price on the listing agreement, its something you can decide after they have signed. Should I use the BAC in place or something else that I can agree with them and write on the contract before I hand it to them?
Yes, 90% is realistic. But remember that the listing appointment is not an isolated event. You have to master prospecting and pre-qualifying too in order to have a 90% closing ratio.
