- For this video we decided to document outside this church that had a Spanish & English worship beginning within half an hour of each other on the same campus . We had no issues from the Spanish congregation , however we were encountered by various members from the English congregation . Two of the individuals prayed for us & I have to admit their message seemed positive & genuine, compared to other houses of worship whos message appeared to be the opposite. The pastor did acknowledge we have the right to document, so for that he gets a pass.

Make no mistake, when someone like that guy says he wants to pray for you, it is his way of telling you that you are doing wrong. It's a dick move, and he knows it. He was also hoping that you'd feel uncomfortable by doing so.

@@wtimmins The problem is that THEIR walk is one of hatred and attempted intimidation. His praying wasn't anything other than to tell the videographer that he was not doing what he (the prayer) thought was right.
He determins what is right and wrong, what is uncomfortable and comfortable....

How can anyone be against us when God is with us? The absolute imbecility of these sanctimonious bigots knows no bounds. I always enjoy the show these supposed "Christians" put on for the camera; gives me such a feeling of mental & moral superiority seeing what passes now a days for "believers".

I love when they ask "Wouldn't you be uncomfortable if I filmed you?" I'd reply with "Wouldn't that make me a huge hypocrite if I was?" He wanted to make sure you were comfortable if the church came out to pray for you. I think by doing so he was hoping for the exact opposite. How many times is this guy (and all of his UNCOMFORTABLE fellow parishioners) going to come out to talk in front of the camera?

Personally, I'm picky who I would allow to pray for me. I don't support organized religion. I am a believer!

Some of the church goers I've seen in auditing videos, sure do make themselves come across as hypocrites and manipulative.
When they don't get their way ,immediately by being 'bossy', aggressive, rude etc....they'll go from that to being all 'nicey- nice'. They'll offer coffee, donuts, water, (take it upon themselves to assume you're not a religious person), and even invite you to come inside to join them for the service.
Well,...after all, at least there would no longer be people with cameras out front, making other church goers worry and leading passers-by to believe that maybe somethings negative is going on at the church. 🙄
But...Thankfully FAR doesn't give up easily, and does so in a great way!

Bad enough they recently cut down a huge like 100ft perfectly healthy tree so they could fit a few more cars in their front yard. poor birds were going crazy ..lots of nests and the local peregrine Falcon used it as a lookout hunting spot..sad i dont get to watch her out the window anymore... so yeah i dont care about my neighbors dude , may they all step on legos barefoot , their mean dogs too ..oh and flowers were a lovely natural low fence of Peonies that already had blooms on them

There are reasons why less and less people believe in religions and why they choose not to follow any. Many of those reasons are why more and more people/more generations are turning to spirituality as 'something to believe in'.
More and more, religions are a thing of the past.

I am completely opposed to all organized religion, however they do think of prayer as a powerful tool, and I was optimistic they were going to genuine. After hearing them, I felt kinda cringy. Almost like they were being passive aggressive but hiding it though prayer and God...I don't know, I could be wrong but it did not feel like a welcoming or caring gesture in my opinion....Great Audit as always 1st Amendment Rights!
People just cant see past the rational inconsistencies in their argument. They want the freedom to do what they want to do but feel they have the right to tell someone else to stop doing something that they don't like that is causing no harm to anyone else. If people in the church are feeling "uncomfortable" you don't infringe on someone else rights, you help the "uncomfortable" people to get over their discomfort by informing them and educating them.

Woah! Dude! That prayer moment was pretty powerful. I heard the dude get humbled. He came out with condescending intentions but Jesus audibly took the damn wheel from his attempted weaponization of prayer. AS IF HE'D NEED PERMISSION TO PRAY FOR YOU! i felt it, yo! Halfway through it, he went from doing something for the wrong reasons to realizing he was wrong but now was actually doing something to make it right.

OH! I forgot about this church from already watching 22's angle of it, but once these guys started praying for you then I remembered it. And I'd say that once they started to pray for you that was nice. I like that they shifted from accusing this of being "harmful" into just praying for you. I would accept that as nice too. Maybe I'd even pray for them in front of them too, just inviting similar blessings. Yeah, they weren't condescending like that other group, the Jeff-calling group that you retorted to with "Susan," haha!

It’s so sad that this women in red at the end just couldn’t resist destroying the entire interaction.
She 100% thinks she’s growing her church behaving this way. Yet she’s among the worst part of churches. So “self righteous” and not even attempting to hide her judgmental self.
She is the EXACT reason so many people leave the church and also a big reason many hesitate or refuse to join.
It’s too bad she either doesn’t have any good friends to tell her some truth so she can adjust. I guess it’s possible that she has many friends that tell her but she already knows everything.🤷🏽♂️

I would also consider it rude to pray at people who don't want it, or even to ask if they can pray for you. Personally I would tell them to shove it. I had people on Facebook say that they would pray for me after posting I don't believe in any religion. I told them to shove it.

Go to a few all black churches. Not the Latter day or Seventh Day, with 4 black people. Go to a few old fashioned Baptist AME churches in the hood. They got the spirit.
