Watcher infinite feels so good. Carried me to A20 Corrupted Heart. Hardest part is building well enough to make it through the early game while waiting for rushdown / fear no evil / calm / or purple lotus. Tantrum is good but not needed. Can also just force removes and not take anything else but infinite cards but your win rate will be a lot lower than if you pick strong cards to carry the early game.
I also would advise dodging shops if the path is horrible, but mostly can aim for every shop. Lower than 10 cards isn’t necessarily needed if you see the neutral card in the shop which allows you to exhaust 3(5 upgraded) or if you have tons of card draw, or your extra cards are powers/exhaustables like scrawl. Scrawl is so good, and runic pyramid is goated.
