@Dannie IsShe thank you Dannie I usually use the two together because there are some ingredients in the dry that's not in the wet. So both will give you that authentic flavor . Thanks for watching
@@Benice166 hi A 166 please add 1-2 teaspoons of each of those spices they are very strong and can over power your recipe . Sorry about that I will add in shortly thank you.
I love that you didn’t use oil to make this. There will be oil and fat if ur using this with meat. I am vegan and cook without oil… so this is perfect for my veggie dishes… thank you
@@Shaniskitchenkreations thank you for sharing this recipe!! it looks so fresh, and nutritious. I really loved that it does not contain oil. I'm vegan and can't wait to use it with my roasted veg 😁
Hello friend💖💖💖 wonderful video ijust hit your red button I am happy to have come across your beautiful channel I would definitely try this this must be delicious Join you for future recipes
Hello Shanice. Wonderful video. I just hit your red button. I’m happy to have come across your beautiful channel. I would definitely try this. This MUST BE DELICIOUS.
Hi Shani. I am looking forward to making this recipe. Could you please provide the measurement of the ground pimento, black pepper and nutmeg that went into the wet rub? It’s not listed.
Hi sanshia you are welcome. You may use 1 teaspoon of powder cloves and 1-2 teaspoons of cinnamon for a batch this size. Always remember that you add alittle or as much as you like but with cinnamon I wouldn't add too much at time. Thanks for watching
Well you can use any one or both for me. I use my dry like any other seasoning. I might add some in my baked chicken. But I'm not actually jerking. The wet you can also marinade and base your meat. And also the wet does not have all the ingredients of the dry. So try them out together. Hope it is helpful. Thanks for watching 👀🙂
I wish that people making these jerk marinades and seasonings would simply tell us how much meat in Lbs the said amount will cover. No one including this channel does that. "Multiplying the recipe..." tells us nothing. I will keep looking until someone gives the amount of marinade and seasonings for a specific amount of chicken, pork, shrimp etc. Is it too much to ask? 🙄
Hello friends! I really hope you like this video. Thanks for the watching.💟

Hello Shani, you didn't put the cinnamon or cloves in the writing descriptions nor the amount.

Baby, get a spice grinder. One of the best kitchen gadgets I ever purchased. You can use a coffee grinder too.

Yes we can thank you for watching

Hello, what is browning? Thanks
Browning is burnt sugar. ( sugar burnt until dark but not burnt that its bitter.) Hope this explains.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the video. In your description you didn’t list out the measurements for the clove and cinnamon, can you please provide that to me?

When do you actually use a dry vs wet rub???

Where I live we do t have scotch peppers what othe pepper can I use as substitute?
You can use any hot peppers really. If you find habenero you can use that. Add small amounts at time to what you can tolerate thanks for watching
Your jerk seasoning looks amazing 🤗💕
Thank you Dorreine
Absolutely love this recipe and will make it for sure. I can't find browning where I live what do you recommend instead??
Hi Nii thank you . You can use a bit of soy sauce I would stick to low sodium kinds. Enjoy !
You can make your own browning sauce look on Google
How much cloves in the dry seasoning, I don’t see it included in the recipe in the description
Hi max you can use 1/2 tablespoon to this recipe . Thank you .
I will make mine now since i always buy the Jamaican Walkerswood seasoning. They jerk everything even mackerel lol lol 😂
Lol, yes
