    Hey, I love some green seasoning. It looks delicious. Here is a quick tip. Get an ice tray and put your green seasoning in it to freeze in a ziplock bag and take out a cube/s as needed. You can take cubes out of the tray and put them in the bag.

      ​@@jodycookingg you also remove the white shell from garlic bulbs then put them in a foil with little oil bundle it up in a ball put in a warm oven for 10 min. Removed them then separate the garlic from the shells. They come off easier. It brings out more flavors from the garlic. Add it to mixture when cold. You could put it in oven first then continue cutting the other herbs while it's warming.

      @@cookncraftz2035 Yes, the scotch bonnet peppers make the seasoning spicy. She put three, but you can reduce or eliminate if you want less/no heat/spice.

      Most of the time I go for the peeled garlic. I haven't try it with ginger though .I'm sure it will have a nice kick to it. Thanks for sharing😀

    You can put the garlic in a jar with lid and shake it. Will keep knock everything off and separate them.

    Trini (Trinidad and Tobago) version:
    Culantro (NOT cilantro) aka Chadon Beni;
    Thyme;
    Spanish thyme aka broad leaf Thyme;
    Spring onion aka chives;
    Celery;
    Pimento peppers;
    Scotch Bonnet peppers;
    Garlic;
    (Salt);
    (Lime or lemon juice)

    The pepper you use is not scotch bonnet they are regular hot peppers scotch bonnet is like the shape of the scots man hat hence scotch bonnet

      Yes them look like habanero. Some people cyan find, or di store them call it Scotch bonnet but it's not.
