I’m getting married in Jan 2025, I came across Jacquelyn’s channel while I’m searching any add on or alternative to my current gym class as lots of effort needs to be involved to get me out to the gym (maybe excuses but also true, so it limits myself to go everyday). I have started 4 days of your 30 days bridal bootcamp (I did take 2 days break after 2nd day as it was killing me haha), I can’t help but I can only say I LOVE it sooooo much!!! I must admit it’s very challenging even I exercise quite often since many body parts/muscles movements I don’t encounter too much during gym classes, but I’m sure I’ll be getting stronger and stronger day after day, until the day I can do it everyday without taking breaks, stay tuned!!! 😁😁

I am seeing a difference and I really enjoy the workouts. I feel like you provide a nice balance of effective work without pushing it to the point of it being over taxing. Thank you for creating this program!
Love this! Started online school, so I get up from the computer and do 10 mins of the workout every 50 mins. In 3 hours, I have 2.5 hrs of studying done and workout done! Thanks for the awesome videos!
Day 4, It seemed a bit less complicated for me than the previous. I did 2 days ago day 3, and still I've got sore tights, oblique abs and arms from it. So I guess it's because it was needed, I discovered some "new" muscles in my body Those pilates exercises are no jokes! :D The good part is that yes, muscles are sore, but joints aren't at all. Doing it for no special reason other than " I want to stay strong, flexible and energetic when I get older.. ". I'm 45, so I guess it's better to prepare myself right now being "that unstoppable old lady", than to wait until 70 to retire saying " darn! If only I had done this earlier". Well this may actually be a good "big event": be in shape for my 70th birthday. I've got 25 years left to achieve the goal :) Fact is that I see how my mother, 75 years, is now suffering chronic back pains, for having done no physical exercise earlier, worked days long on a chair at an office, then sat in the car, and no exercising at home. And she kind of regret it right now " We didn't know back in the day that this was so bad for the health, we were stuck in our daily routine". Now, we know. So basically: I don't want to be like my mother.
Sweat Gallore!!! So good! Here to celebrate my body and give it a new challenge!! Mom of three toddler boys and I know I can do hard things 😝 Thank you for your workouts!
Oh my gooooosh. I am absolutely loving the bridal boot camp series! Love that they are 30 minutes, the moves are so much fun to do and it feels so good to come back and feel stronger. I am not getting married or going to an event, just want to look and feel my best. My posture is better too. I think I'm on one month now and I am feeling the most confident I've ever felt in my body!! Definitely leaner, beautifully toned and honestly just really happy. I hope we get a new series soon?

Loved this! I felt there was one exercise missing at the begging... the squat with heel lift for one side... but overall I'm loving this workouts! Thank you so much :)
Woah that was tough ! Loved the cue for when we were doing ab work, no matter what I do , my lower back always kills but your tip about hugging your lower belly into the ground , thank you
