Join Lisa and I as we take you behind the scenes at one of Singapore's largest noodle manufacturer - Leong Guan to see how Kway Teow and Hokkien Mee are made. Now these noodles (which used to be available only to businesses like hawkers and restaurants) are now available to consumers like us FRESH. Best of all, they are pasteurized so we can enjoy fresh noodles up to 45 days without refrigeration.
LG is also one of the pioneers in producing Wholegrain noodles and we do a little taste test comparing white versus wholegrain Kway Teow.
