- Rice noodles are the main carb of choice in Southwest China. However, they have an extremely short shelf life and have to be made, delivered, and consumed within a 24 hour time period. Here’s the inside scoop.

Well thank Mao this will soon change. This factory will soon produce noodles just for one buyer. The government. Because all these restaurants are about to disappear as the CCP is going back to communal feeding halls. Back in the day people were not allowed to cook at home but were forced to eat in communal kitchens. Whatever and however much they served. The CCP even went house to house and confiscated and destroyed woks and pans. Now there are food shortages on the horizon again and the CCP is wisely tightening the chains and shackles ahead of time and bringing in food rationing.
