Perfect representation and you did thus presentation with such cuteness. Adorable, even. Have been eating Thai noodles (from package at U.S.A. grocery store) for years and wondered HOW THEY were made. Thankyou for thus video😊.
I really enjoyed this one. It's nice to know the complex processes that happens before our food arrive at our table. Thanks for putting the effort to show this to us.
I love these educational episodes. I have a new found respect for the cleanliness and high sanitary standards of Thai food operations. Great video. Thank you for creating such amazing content.
Wow you gave us so much knowledge I will share with my son who love all noodle that he can eat I was born in Thailand and I don't have chance to see when I were there thank you so much enjoy traveling with you in your vdo please do again when you visit Thailand.
Pailin this is just a great video, thanks so much for bringing us along on your tour. Now I'm hungry again and have added Sen Lek noodles to list for next trip to our Asian market! (Thanks too for a welcome break from chores at home ... when the little "ding" went off for your upload I put tools down and took a break to watch.) Best wishes, always love to hear you speak Thai!
I miss Thailand, I had a very nice experience when I traveled to Thailand, the food is amazing and the people are nice and always smiling, that's why Thailand is called the Land of smiles. my favorite food was Khao soi curry and coconut soup tom kha gai, I fell in love with Thai food :)
Thank you so much for sharing I really enjoyed this. I’ve come to love Asian cuisine. Always learning something new about this amazing culture. 🙋♀️❤️👏🏻💃🏼🙏
YES. This is so educational and interesting. Can you do more videos on how Thai food ingredients are made on industrial scale, like curry pastes, fish sauce, tamarind paste, different coconut products, etc.? Thank you!
Wow, this is amazing. I was captivated from moment one. Funny coincidence, I'm doing the same thing you did in the Noodle Corner. I'm currently here in Khon Kaen province learning how to cook authentic Thai food through local vendors (they're so nice to teach me). Your videos are also my savior to understand more clearly and my Thai friends eat my food. They are shocked to see a falang making the authentic taste of Thai food. They stopped buying food outside and come to me hahahaha
I never know that we have Brown rice noodles from now on I will look at noodles is so good to eat because nothing add in this noodles..just love this vdo so much and thank you again ❤
I loved this! We live in a rural area without any Asian markets nearby, so I looked up how to make rice noodles at home thinking it would be cheaper like most other stuff that I usually have to order. Oh hahaha no, it's beyond my skill set! So I gladly pay the little bit extra to get rice noodles made by fine people like this who do it right.
I don't know how you do it, looks like some high end BBC production documentary, you make it fun to watch and that smile on your face help a lot, well done Pie
I found this very interesting, I did wonder how rice noodles were made, and good to see how a typical noodle shop would make a bowlful. I have to say I usually use egg noodles (I am in England) but have seen rice noodles for sale too, so might give them a go. Thanks for posting this video.
Pai you are absolutely adorable! I always smile so much when watching your videos because I can feel how excited you are in them! Thanks for all you do. P.S. I LOVE that green top. It looks so amazing on you!
