I remember when I was young, the branding of this beehoon was "人民". Years ago, they changed it to "辣椒". Btw ah, boss if you're reading this comment, would you please also pack your beehoon with individual portioning? I cook one dish meal very often and it is very inconvenient to break up the bundle of dried bh just to obtain a small portion of it. Nowadays I only buy Chilli brand bh if I'm cooking for the whole family.
my grandmother sells fried bee hoon for a living in the past, and she insisted to use ONLY this brand. Go regional and global. Set up your own Chilli Bee Hoon eatery! There is no limit to what you can do! You will be the next Singapore showcase!
This is a good quality and reliable brand of bee hoon. Not worth trying to save a few cents to buy cheaper brand in the supermarket as you will most likely disappointed if u use to eat this brand of bee hoon. Few years ago, my dad did an experiment of cooking 4 brands of bee hoon in a day and the result of this chili brand is the best.
Your grandparents and parents should be proud that you are carrying on the family business! This is the brand of bee hoon which I have been buying for years cos I like to support local brand. Keep up the gd work, continue to expand but do not forget the values which you believe in. We will continue to support you, will ask my kids to buy this brand too when they grow up!
I was hoping to hear from him what's the difference between the different packaging , cause that's what I am always curious to know whenever I am at the supermarket..
I didn't get the making of bee Hoon how. Blend the rice become watery, mix with starch? Corn starch or tapioca starch? Steam in small pieces then make it as tiny string form again Steam back then wash it? How wsn't shows up leh, let it hanging for how long then Fold it ? After that send t to dry before packing. A bit confuse.
I hope they show how Malaysia bihun made. Because the last time we knew the bihun made by Bangla and the place was as where people doing their business..
Early morning after dawn I'll start to distribute my packed fried beehun at a few kue stalls ..bussiness not bad..u may try if u want to...easy making, easy income...tax free😁
Chilli brand is a good brand, I buy it often, but it's not really cheaper than the competitors, main competitor TaiSun sells at 1.20, sometimes Chilli brand will discount from 1.40 to 1.20. Not trying to say anything bad about Chilli brand or this video or automation. But this cheaper faster better idea is very ancient and not a helpful idea imho, it reminds me of 多快好省(more, fast, better, cheap) propaganda in Mao era communist china.
Haha well unless you are going to eat it raw, I don't see too big an issue. Also, normal latex gloves are worn in medicine only protect the wearer and doesn't prevent germs from our hands transmitting to objects even with proper hand hygiene. Food handlers only wear gloves only because the handling of money and cooked food would result in cross contamination.
The end product is considered raw so there's no need actually because consumers need to cool it and the cooking will kill any bacteria. and I suppose they actually wash their hands considering that they have the food hygiene certification

Stir fry Rice Vermicelli one of my fave food to cook. In the Philippines we called that Bihon 😊 * new subscriber here 😊
This one is really cool
Buying for years
The preparation looks neat and clean. I think it’s a good product. Thanks 😊
I want to start a noodle making business in my small town. How do I start?
In indonesia if you push a vermicelli then it bounced back, there is a 50% chance they used formalin. The regulation here is so bad
Yikes..
NO, bihun is dried so it doesn't need formalin. Only wet noodle need formalin.
Wow this is nice. Keep it up OGS team!!
I got these in Australia!
Wow moving up the supply chain ... 👍👍
Where to buy
Miss this bee Hoon, now that I’m in the US for long term assignment.
I will buy this next grocery😘
My fav brand! Will always look for this :)
This video doesn't explain why there's different type of packaging though
('to differentiate different products' is to broad)
This is the brand have been buying for years
My favorite brand..used to be 70cent..haha
he already say they cheaper better faster 2:15
haha I also remember many many many years ago, it was sold at 70cts/pkt.
What this brand called
So that's how its made
Be careful, another local brand also has picture of chilli on the packaging which is from Tai Sun, not a fake though, still as genuine.
Nice!

How come Malaysia don't have that brand
Bee Hoon with chili sauce? I'm from Malaysia and i've never heard of eating bee hoon with chili sauce XD
You could try it, it is nice
I like it with tomato sauce oyster sauce chilli and sesame oil😋 yums

Product Differentiation ----
We loaned bee hoon from the Chinese. In the Philippines, we call it ''bihon''.
in wakanda we call it 'cihun'
He is earning alot!
He didn't say what is the difference between the symbols? For them to differentiate? But what is the difference?
I hope they show how Malaysia bihun made. Because the last time we knew the bihun made by Bangla and the place was as where people doing their business..

Me who literally almost ate this for lunch but decided I was too lazy to soak the noodles
wowowowoww
Others: "bee hoon?"
Me: "no! Chilli bee hoon!"
Tomato sauce instead of ketchup..hell yeah

I guess next there will be ROBOT noodles! This kind of noodle is easy to find in the US, now I'll look for this brand.
Can't believe he doesn't eat chilli as a Singaporean...
Like my mother buy things judging the package picture. The picture put what means got what.
Better to see staff wear gloves for clean operation
bihun
Alamak! Lapar beehoon pulak dah! 🤦
Sabar ya perut..esok sajalah.
Dah makan dah beehoon tu??
@@mohdrizalbenomar9495 Alhamdulillah, kat masjid ada orang buat kenduri beehoon goreng esoknya! 😁
Metal detector?
to make sure the products free from metallic contaminant
Once I encounter with a piece of an unbelievable metal.....a fish hook - in a pack of bee hoon!!!. Ofcource not Chilli Brand one
They export. Definitely a must have
no gloves?
No mask? Aaah-choo 😪

They should wear gloves
Bu$ine$$ big. Which child don't want to take over man...
2 mins in i realize hes speaking english
I don't eat Bee hoon because very xiasuay. If you ask me to eat bee hoon with chill sauce, I rather jump down the building with pride
Why never wear gloves?

Nonsense la u. Chilli brand but no eat chilli?
The title is so darn clickbait. This family has nothing to do to the vermicili or bihun industry.
How don't they have anything to do with the bihun industry when they are actually producing them?
The only brand we buy!
