The Hainan Story Bakery is not your traditional Hainanese Bakery but a modern take on it. The bread dough is made the traditional way though, without preservatives and bread improvers. Join us as we review all the different bakes they have here!

without the bread improver, would the bread turn harder the next day? it kind of force one to eat it on the same day when it was baked.
The TangZhong technique does help to keep the bread fresh for a couple of days
What is bread improver ? Is it yeast ?
Its chemicals and enzymes which commercial bakeries sometimes use to improve the texture of bakes
