Made this without the wine today, thanks for the recipe, I did add the garlic seasoning from Costco and the Costco Vodka cream sauce instead of adding ricotta (just as good!), but added low sodium chicken broth as the base! Thank you so much! love your videos!
Thank you! I love hearing you enjoy my recipes and my videos :)

Thank you so much 🙂
Mmmm looks delish! That colour suits you so well also by the way :)
Oh thank you!
This is wonderful. My family LOVES baked ziti so I will definitely be trying your version. If I wanted to add meat, how would I incorporate it into this recipe. Thank you!!
I would suggest sauteeing the ground meat or sausage by using the saute function. Once browned, turn off saute function and then use a bit of stock to scrape up any browned bits to prevent a burn notice and then layer away. Enjoy!
Made this and everyone loved it. I was surprised by how rich and creamy it turned out. Thanks for sharing. It’s great to have these fast and really good recipes to add to our meal plans. Your recipes are very much helping me budget and feed the fam. Appreciate your time and effort. Cheers.
Great to hear! I love helping families enjoy meals together that don't break the bank.
I’m doing this recipe tomorrow (Saturday before the conference final nfl games 2022/23)
I know it will be great, but will report back. Thank u lovely lady!
Actually, today😁
Hope you enjoy
@@AMindFullMom I am enjoying it. The wine is a nice touch.
I didn’t have Parmesan, so I just sprinkled finely chopped fresh parsley and it was very good.
Thank you for the recipe.
@@marhherz so happy to hear you are enjoying
That looks great! I’m in the U.K. what measurements do cups translate too?
Grams :) I hope you enjoy!
Am looking forward to trying this recipe. Due to solo/couple, am planning on trying the sauce by itself, then, cook pasta (as needed) to add to sauce so ithe pasta doesn't become "soggy" in storage. Does that sound practical to you?
Y'all Be Safe!
Hi Raymond! I would recommend using my recipe for Instant Pot Spaghetti Sauce then to add to pasta as desired. Here is the video for that recipe: ruclips.net/video/dKxjmO-aeDk/видео.html And here is the full printable recipe: amindfullmom.com/instant-pot-spaghetti-sauce/
Hi Kristen! Just wondering if you use all of the sauce from your Instapot spaghetti sauce recipe with this ziti? Or do you measure out 28 ounces to put in?
I actually measure out 4 cups to be exact :)
Could I double this recipe if I am using an 8 qt instant pot? I feed a small army!! 😉 love your channel!!
This made way more than I thought…would not need to make more!! It was wonderful. Took no time to make. I made bread in my bread maker and had a wonderful meal in no time. Awesome and thank you!! More pasta meals!!!💗
You are so welcome! And noted on the pasta request :)
Will cooking on low pressure make a difference?
Yes, definitely! I don't suggest ever using low pressure unless a recipe specifically states that.
This is timely. I just changed brands of electric pressure cooker and I keep getting the burn notice with pasta
Can I ask what brand? I hope these tips and recipe help you have success in your new instant pot!
@@AMindFullMom My trusty ninja foodi is no longer detecting the lid so I “borrowed“ my mom‘s instant pot. Hopefully, changing the order in which I add things will help
@@WackyLisa That is a HUGE help!
Hello, may i know on what setting the instant pot is in ?
Hi there! This is cooked under high pressure using the manual or pressure cooker button.
@@AMindFullMom Okay, thank you 😊 God bless
@@aaronjayaraj9734 You too!
I've found if the alcohol in the wine doesn't have a chance to evaporate, it's gets a bitter flavor instead of sweet.
It seems to not be an issue in the Instant Pot. However feel free to saute it to reduce if desired.
I'm allergic to tomatoes
Sorry Debbie, I think this would be a recipe you would need to skip. I have many other recipes with zero tomato products. I hope you can find one to enjoy.
