A tutorial on how to factory restore your computer (NOTE: If possible please save all important information before doing this or you will lose EVERYTHING)
Starting a recovery via the recovery partition usually means that you have to press one of the “F” keys (such as F1-F12) the moment after you hit the power button. These should be: Acer - Alt + F10 Asus - F9 Dell/Alienware - F8 HP - F11 Lenovo - F11 MSI - F3 Samsung - F4 Sony - F10 Toshiba - 0 (not numpad) while turning on, release key when Toshiba logo appears

Hongen Lim BlockMinecraftBustersPhillip Molina Just inserted the new Windows CD to install another Windows 7 and then, installed it, after the installation, all my files went to the windows.old folder. When your new Windows OS is ready u gotta go to start button and search "disk cleanup" u open it and select the previous windows installations check box, and any other check boxes for the files you want to delete, and then click ok. Hope this to be useful!
i downloaded so much games my cpu memory and disk is really hitting the roof so i want a fresh start. Also i did alot of crap ppl said that will better my gaming performance and my games are just on the virge of pissing me of with the sticking and fps drops for no reason.

Hi there, I get all the commands from System recovery option except Dell data safe restore option. As my computer is ACE I was expecting to see Ace datasafe. The last command I got is commend prompt and nothing after that. My computer was primary XP since I have Window 7 on it, it did not function properly. I need to go back to windows XP in order to work on that computer. Please advise.
I don't have those options on my Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium (that i can find). And no "repair computer" option. It only allows me to system restore, but no apparent options to factory reset to prepare for laptop donation. C drive in system properties just takes me another way to system restore tha t does not make it donation ready. Is there another way to set laptop for donation? Thanks!
