A GOOD review. Thanks. It has 1600x1200 resolution. 200 DPI only... Currently I'm using an old model Mars, 300 DPI
And how is it going with the mars? I've heard it has some issues with battery and charging. Is it better than kobo and kindle?
Ok.... Except for the fact that there aren't nibs available..
That is pretty impressive. Seeing it take notes changes my mind.
2 things I'm wondering:
1. Don't it work just as well with Any note taking app?
2. Does it have palm rejection (in addition to turning off the Touch)
There aren't!? 😮 I thought the nibs were interchangeable 😅
This is a huge middle finger for Onyx. Keep your price hike going and try to release your physically smaller Nova 4 for €400 and your next Note over €500.

Why the heck would they not have an sd card slot? This device would be godly .... Thats too bad, Id buy it in a heart beat otherwise. Maybe next version?

@mimi mati the fact it has android 10, rather than 8.1? Yes, that's a big point in its favour. Also note RAM and better processor but less storage and more expensive,
But is really like to see the notetaking experience side by side.
Damn. I just bought PocketBook InkPad 3 Pro. I was considering buying Onyx Nova 3 but there was no info about how long will battery hold and I think this was critical info for e-reader. Shame that I didn't wait till now because I would buy P10 for sure.
Onyx Nova 3 is outstanding.
How do the lights look? Do they cover the screen evenly? And how sharp does the text look?
Got to ask: does it have GPS? That would round it out to a true Android tablet
you list it as 4gb ram but all specs say 2gb. also 340 usd , not 300.
Does lamy stylus support this Likebook P10 ?
Very interesting. I assume it has a gyroscope. I can turn my pdfs landscape if I want bigger font at the express of less vertical screen (something the reMarkable can’t do still)
I'd does have a rotate shortcut on its reader for latest firmware
@@Blogaholik thanks. Is that "reader" just for epubs or pdfs too? (And I assume we are talking about the P10 and not the reMarkable.) I still haven't pulled the trigger yet but still very much considering.
@@littvay for the p10 and it's applicable on any format imported in. Now they also have that bubble thing I think Inspired from the Onyx line
Is the background whiter than the kobo libra?
No SD card is kind of a deal breaker ... Thankfully and surprisingly the new P78 seems to have one, its unboxing video had a tray opening pin inside the box ...
A bigger screen device means more files hence a SD card option is much desired ... i'e ... If Boyue is interested in listening ...

I am looking for a note book where I might be able to write and share to a screen, to share in workshops. I often facilitate and miss the scribble of the whiteboard, and the in built ones are clunky! Will this share to a screen, live? If not, can someone suggest one that might do this?

Hi, would you recommend it for studying pdf textbooks?
Text would appear a little bit smaller since most of the pdf textbooks are in A4 size. Perfect display for any pdf textbooks would be 13" display which is very pricy :(
I've got the first gen likebook that is getting pretty long in the tooth i.e. vertical lines, amber light no longer works, etc. How is the performance compared to the earlier models?

Interesting. The first Likebook model was actually the Likebook Air.
I have a Mimas too, and with the white one seen in my videos (I don't have a working video editing setup, so I can't make new videos yet), the pen digitiser stopped working some time after I put it on top of one of those steel lockers, but as it was during the warranty period, I had it replaced with a black model, as they were unable to repair my white model. That still works fine, so I assume you used yours for much longer than I do.
Edit: Anyway, at least for now, the Alita might be suitable, as I believe their P series is lower end.
Are the notes saved only in the likebook or can I save them in a drive like google dirve or one drive as PDF or any other format?

Gotta ask, if I install my Kobo android app and also my Kindle android app and Google Play Books android app, will I be able to read my Kobo, Kindle and Google Play Books e-books on this Boyue device?? Just like I do on my android phone??

Do you know if the update version Meebook p10 pro that comes with android 11 supports capacitive stylus? Or do I necessarily need to use the one comes with?
Does anybody know if it has pinch to zoom???? how does the pdf navigation work on "not nice" pdf, that is, pdf with little text and many images, or pdfs in two coloumns where the text IS an image, cause e.g. the document is old, or just scanned? I know the boox has it, at this point it's like the only discriminant for my buy

Hi. Thanks for the review. Does anybody know how to send PDFs that I've annotated on the Likebook P10 to my Personal Computer so I can still see my annotations on the PC and not just on the Likebook?

hi my likebook P10 comes without playstore. please can you advise how can install playstore? i tried to side load with playstore apk. it was not successful
1) Enter into "App" interface
2) Enter into "UserSettings" --- "UserSettings"
3) Then the Google Frame will be opened automatically and you can find the icon of Google play store on APP interface.

Why is it so expensive, it’s a relatively crappy screen when compared to normal tablets. I get it it’s a note book for ideas. High power efficiency, convenient. But why $300. It just doesn’t feel like 300 worth of tech somehow
@U K but you can get an ipad for similar price. It seems off somehow. How can an e ink display cost the same and more than a colour HD one.
