What do you want the American government to do? Start dropping warheads on foreheads? India is its own nation. America has no ability to enforce laws there, short of going to war to do so. Frankly, I don't think we need another war as a notch in our bedpost.

NSA is a monitoring agency, not a crime agency
FBI only has jurisdiction within USA, international involvement requires local police cooperation.
CIA is an information agency. They do have agents and spies but are not a crime agency.
DEA only deals with local drug crime.
FBI or CIA could get involved in india IF enough evidence is provided that US citizens are affected, but they would still need permission from the indian government.

You’d think so, but no jurisdiction. Plus cyber crime hasn’t really been policed effectively yet! It must make it harder when you can alter your IP address, maybe that should be scrapped to protect regular people.
I think as well if the FBI started doing stuff like that then the NSA, MI5, etc would get involved and who knows what would happen with that; probably be a well intentioned hot mess.

I'm an American and at one time lived in India doing mission work. The whole Indian system is based on bribes and constant negotiation trying to get the price down from outrageous to what it is supposed to be, everything from vegetables to a rickshaw is a fight. It gets really really old over time.
. Because we were American we were constantly being taken advantage of or people trying to steal from us or take advantage except those we lived next to and knew they were looking out for us. We were there for 5 years, and by the end of that time, I was ready to be back in the States. Thank you for what you are doing, I lived in India so my heart goes out to you for trying to get justice out of their system, everyone is on the takeover there so these scammers are probably paying off those who you tried calling even in the upper levels of government.
The Christians in India were very good to us, they actually helped us and protected us because they knew the times the thieves would be "out to get us". These people ARE in India but rare.

If these scammers are paying off the police, but they're cash flow is compromised... they have to go into hiding for at least a little while until they sort out their next scamming operation/location. In the mean time... during scammer purgatory where they're between gigs.... they're wracking up interest and IOU's with the police out there. The longer these scumbags are out of commission, the more their local police force will (selfishly) go after them for the money the scammers now owe them.

It's infuriating that law enforcement professionals aren't doing much to put a stop to all of this criminal activity. Civilians have to do all the hard work instead and it's frustrating for them because they can't actually put them "behind the bar" It won't stop Pierogi, Trilogy Media, Jim Browning and many others who are involved in helping shut theses lowlifes down one by one. It is making a difference by educating as many people in the world as possible. If we know what to look for then we won't get scammed.

Pierogi, brilliant work , the low life scumbags have no conscience, don't care about the .mental trauma, their actions have no their victims.
If the Indian government took the matter seriously, the Police would act and shut down the scumbags.
People should contact Indian Embassies and Consulates worldwide and put pressure for action to be taken once and for all against the scammers.
Thanks for the work you do against the scammers 👍👍

After going true several hours of your content, I am sitting here with goosebumps and tears in my eyes.. it's a real wake up call for me, I don't understand why governments don't hire you're guys (maybe I am to naive in that..) I am touched about the injustice that you're teaching us about, mad at those scumbags that are destroying lives with their fraude. And I really hope that more and more people find their way to channels like these because it bring awareness and you dont have to be a computer wizard to understand the message your guys are bringing. Before I never trusted sites for security, after watching this I for sure gonna check out the Guard app you're recommending and tell my friends about the app and this channel, hopefully everyone does this. Thx for giving me some hope back in humanity! Wish al your team al the best! (hope that my translation is on point..)

My position requires me to listen to these calls. Unfortunately, federal law won’t allow me to do anything about it. It’s heartbreaking the lies these sweet people are hearing and believing. Those that get scammed fall again and again for the lies getting scammed repeatedly.

Time to hire mercenaries to go in and raid these scammers. A few massive raids with mercenaries would really strike fear into the minds of these scammers. Flashbangs, rifles, kidnappings, zip-ties, potato sacks, flamethrowers, molotov cocktails, the whole nine yards. Make these scammers have nightmares.

What of the families of those caught? Do they not get to know what happened? Shouldn’t they have a right to privacy while the perpetrators are processed? Do we become the people we hate?

@@theairstig9164 My comment was tongue in cheek.. but yes, the scammers need to be punished so that the victims receive justice. Do the scam, pay the time. It's better if their families know how despicable they are.

Pierogi I ve been following you on you tube and Twitch for a bit now. I know it is so incredibly frustrating that the powers that be don't seem to react to ALL THE INFO u provide for them. And the down and out corruption is just awful. It must seem heartbreaking (not sure if thats the right word) for you and your team at payback and even your families so I just want to say that what you do and continue to do every day is so very very important ❤️. Spreading awareness scaring the baiters so much now that they think everyone is suspicious...so where before they were just going about their way of life because of you and the depth that you do things as well as other baiters and us the community that shares the video awareness is rising.....I just recently subscribed and joined to SP...as well as just a couple others...as it can get expensive. I do it tho because I believe in you and your cause so please on the days when u may feel a teensy bit down remember the lives u have saved the community who spread your knowledge and we support you and let that lift you up!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤ Keep up the FIGHT ❤❤❤❤ for the devil is waiting for the angels to quit fighting....Your community loves SP ❤️ ❤❤❤❤

The problem with stopping these scammers is there is evidently zero justice being handed out because the justice system in India is corrupt asf. It's not just India but pretty much *EVERY* government is corrupt asf but India needs to create a group of anti-scammers who are not swayed easily when cash is thrown their way, a group of *noble* and *trustworthy* people who genuinely want better for their country and help save innocent people from being scammed.
Keep up the awesome work SP!
