Love that you're a healthy person and what you eat is actually realistic! A lot of youtubers seem to be eating only these salads and acai bowls and avocado toast, and it makes me feel bad about myself because I don't seem as healthy. But seeing your videos has 100% helped!

ive noticed lately that im starting to develop an eating disorder. ive been restricting myself to a stupid amount of calories a day and ive been so unhappy. watching your videos is helping me realise that i shouldnt feel so guilty about eating food! plus youve also motivated me to start working out more :D (edit: i got rid of the number of calories i had been eating because i didnt realise at the time how triggering it can be to others - im so sorry i didnt do it sooner! edit #2: im doing so so so much better now! the disordered thoughts are still there but eating a full 3 meals a day plus snacks isnt so impossible anymore and honestly i wouldn't of been able to do it without Linda. I love you

I don't have an issue with food cuz food is freaking amazing, but I did notice a small change in me being harsh in myself when I ate. So thank you for helping me

I used to starve myself just to get the ideal weight I want, which was never a good idea. I just ended up eating more and more junk and being bloated. So I decided to study about my body type more, tried different types of workout (I workout almost everyday btw) and finally! (YES FINALLYYYYY) I found what worked for my body. So like Linda, I also don't restict myself anymore. I eat what I want but also workout everyday (HIIT, cardio, strength training) (expect that I also don't have abs 😂). I also incorporate intermittent fasting from time to time. I lost a lot of weight without even stressing myself out. 💖 It's true, you have to get to know and LOVE your body. More than the numbers the weighing scale gives, being healthy is more important.
You are an absolute ICON! I've always felt so guilty when I eat ice cream or I snack throughout the day but your videos have helped me realize that I can eat what I want, still be healthy, and feel good about myself. It's so refreshing seeing a strong woman who I can look up to that doesn't starve herself or eat only what society considers "health food". THANK YOU!!

As a swimmer I find this video so refreshing to see someone eat a healthy amount of food. However my brain wonders how much food you would need to maintain if you were a swimmer. As I myself know eating an entire pizza is a regular event. So I would wonder maybe a snack would be three bags of pop corners. 😂 much love 💕

What I eat on a school day/weekdays: 7:30am: glass of coconut milk and a peanut butter protein bar - school (I eat nothing) - 3:30pm: 10min ab workout 3:45pm: eat dinner 5:30pm: another 10min ab workout 7:00/8:00/9:00 (depends on my mood): cup of coffee w a granola bar Weekends (pretty much the same): 9/10:00am: cup of coffee and a piece of toast 1:00pm: 10min ab workout 4/5:00pm: eat dinner 6:00pm: another 10min ab workout (Then a snack after like a fruit) Yes Ik I don’t eat a lot and have one proper meal a day but I’ve cut off a lot of junk and sugary fatty foods and trying to get into more of that routine of working out as long as it’s effective. I might have a cheat snack or a cookie or donut once a while but learned it’s okay to have it once a while it won’t instantly make you fat and you should never feel guilty after eating. (Oh and I also drink a glass of water before my meals so I’m more full)
Ok I tried the banana protein pancakes w/o protein powder (cause it’s just not my thing) and used flour instead! It worked out great and totally suggest them! 👍🏻 hope this helps

As a swimmer I find this video so refreshing to see someone eat a healthy amount of food. However my brain wonders how much food you would need to maintain if you were a swimmer. As I myself know eating an entire pizza is a regular event. So I would wonder maybe a snack would be three bags of pop corners. 😂 much love 💕
OMG I KNOW IM LATE BUT AS A FELLOW SWIMMER I LOVE THIS!! linda makes me feel better about eating tons!! At lunch my friends literally eat a granola bar while I have a three course meal and bring snacks 😂 I have to eat so much and people are always like r u sure u should eat that and I'm like bruh yes I'm hungry!! I'm built small (5'2 and 105 pds) so it shocks people how much I eat

Just add lots of leafy vegetables Whole Foods and limit treats and fast food and ofc you can eat protein pancakes!!

Burrito Cat don’t be it’s a terrible mindset. Just eat lots of greens and proteins and if your scared maybe it can be your treat. If your scared or foods your gonna be way more likely to binge.

What I eat on a school day/weekdays:
7:30am: glass of coconut milk and a peanut butter protein bar
- school (I eat nothing) -
3:30pm: 10min ab workout
3:45pm: eat dinner
5:30pm: another 10min ab workout
7:00/8:00/9:00 (depends on my mood): cup of coffee w a granola bar
Weekends (pretty much the same):
9/10:00am: cup of coffee and a piece of toast
1:00pm: 10min ab workout
4/5:00pm: eat dinner
6:00pm: another 10min ab workout
(Then a snack after like a fruit)
Yes Ik I don’t eat a lot and have one proper meal a day but I’ve cut off a lot of junk and sugary fatty foods and trying to get into more of that routine of working out as long as it’s effective. I might have a cheat snack or a cookie or donut once a while but learned it’s okay to have it once a while it won’t instantly make you fat and you should never feel guilty after eating.
(Oh and I also drink a glass of water before my meals so I’m more full)

Ok I tried the banana protein pancakes w/o protein powder (cause it’s just not my thing) and used flour instead! It worked out great and totally suggest them! 👍🏻 hope this helps
