    For those who are planning to do this in 2weeks, think twice. The recommended weight loss is 0.5 to 1 kg a week only. Remember that not all people has the same genes and physical condition as ma’am. And fast BPM doesn’t result in metabolism change it results on better fat burning cause it converts carbs into energy. If you want proper advice that is safe for everyone, read articles... do not take apple cider without taking food if you think you have ulcer etc... it does not work for everyone. I’m not here to correct ma’am, overall remember that weight loss should be healthy not just for aesthetics. Walang kwenta ang payat in the end kung mag kakasakit naman.

      True ! the healthy average weight loss in a month could be around 4-6 kgs. And what’s good about slowly losing weight is even when you get back to eating normal it won’t bounce back immediately... this is personally based on my experience.

      Iba iba lang talaga siguro kung gano ka kabilis makabawas nang timbang. Kay maam naman ma mamaintain nya rin naman yung weight na yan basta araw araw nya to gagawin. You can do this everyday for a month even though 10mins lang. Maganda syang pang cardio. And madami ding mga article at youtube videos na nag e encourage na mag jumping rope as cardio. Iba iba nga lang nang result kase depende nga sa diet at consistency mo.

    Ako po from 90kg ngayon is 58kg. Jump Rope ginawa kong libangan buong lockdown at sinabayan ko ng Healthy Diet at talagang no Sugar😊

      Same yan excrse ko 100jump, 30mins plcking, 25burpees. Ng rice lng ko lunch hlf cup. Iniwsn ko dn ma sugar dti di ko kya ang wlng softdrnk now kya kona. Sa mrng dna rin ako ng coffe. Now 48kls nlng ko from 57kls

    Last January napanood ko ito, that day na napanood ko tong video 1month jogging na ako sa 1month na nagjojogging ako 1kg lng bawas so I decided to search yung very effective magbawas ng timbang at e2 nga si JUMPING ROPE, medyo mahirap sa una pero sabi nga nila No pain No gain. Lahat ng sinabi sa video sinunod ko except lang sa pag inom ng apple cider vinegar dahil sa Acidic at ulcer ako. From January to April jumping rope ako morning and evening 1,500 counts plus nag add pa ako ng ibang Workout PLUS NO RICE NA DIN STARTING LAST JANUARY avoid fatty foods kasi nga useless ang pagtalon talon every day kung ikakain lang. PLUS umiinom ako ng Lipton tea 5x a day para effective lalo sa belly more on water na din. As of now from 65kilos to 53kilos na ako 2months and half jumping rope with 40mins workout. BIG THANKS SA TIPS❤️

    Na inspire ako... mabagal din kasi metabolism ko... panay lang ako umpisa.. minsan nawawalan na ako ng pag asa..pag asa na pumayat uli... sa ngaun nag start na ako sa no rice at nagzuzumba ako mon.to friday.. try ko din ginagawa mo...baka sakali makatulong... 43 years old na ako at may apat na anak peeo pag magkasama kami ng mama ko sasabibin ng mga tao magkapatid daw kami hehe eh 66 years old na siya...

    Hi Mommy. I'm 30 and married. Five days na akong nag-jujump rope. May changes na akong nakikita kahit papaano kaya mas motivated akong ituloy kahit na masakit sa legs. Just like you, ang goal ko for doing this is for a healthier body. Bonus na lang talaga ang pagganda ng katawan.

During the lockdown di ko na natuloy kasi malalaki yung gamit namin sa house kaya walang space. Pero good job ka po, nakaka-inspire ang iyong fitness journey. ❤️

      Sooooo inspiring. I tried this before but jump roping is not really my thing, parang sasabog ang puso ko kakatalon kasi may hypertension ako kaya I needed to stop , so I stick on brisk walking ang cycling as my daily exercises.

    Im trying skipping rope and im on my 2nd day plang..nuod2 ng motivational videos, sbrang hirap sa 68kgs ang bgat ng feeling q,nd pa gnun ka gling mg skip..bblikan q tong commnt n to qng mkkbwas tlga aq ng tmbang..

    Super relate ako sayo, lahat ng sinasabi mo na ,matanda na tayo di na kaya yan, mabagal na metabolism at kung ano ano pang mga salita na connected sa age natin .Lahat negative. Pero once na nag start tayo maging concern sa self natin and health, yan dyan darating yung kusa na kikilos tayo para mag exercise and mag control ng mga kinakain na hindi dapat or sobrang food para sa age natin.
