Tips for wing overs, big ears and more useful info :D
Hello guys, I am trying my new external microphone for Gopro Hero 4. In the future I will try to help low airtime pilots or pilots just finishing school how to fly safely and learn some new skills. So this video is about test sound and actually some new tricks for you.
Hope you will like it.
Thank you

Thank you for taking us with you on a step by step flight. I am looking forward to get into the sport! your videos are helping a lot!
Thank you ;) and you have to fly soon mate, 1 try paragliding and you never will let go ;)
You make knowledge of paragliding fun , i can say you are one of the best pilots that I really learn from so thanks brother
Thank you 🙏 appreciate it , glad you learning from my videos 😉 stay safe and fly crazy 🤪 take care !
Your videos are great. They cover so many different things. It is difficult to get such an introduction over a small time in a practical course.
I would admit that seeing the tricks done after having some practice already makes things click.
Thank you for the videos. I hope you continue to make them
Thank you ;) of course i will do more videos , but it take bit time put interesting stuff together ;)
That was brilliant, the controlled skill you have is always very impressive. To go from a novice to your skill level must be challenging for most people. Thanks for posting.
Yes but you need to do step be best and push yourself forward. You can not be stuck in same place 👍 🤪
You have a great fortune living in this beautiful place. It is ideal for learning all the maneuvers both on the ground and in flight.
Thank you😉 yes i am a bit lucky have this place 👍 take care!
@@PeterHoldy , where is this beautiful site?
@@flynaren1 United Kingdom, Dorset, Jurassic coast between Charmouth and West Bay.👌

Another great video Peter you are a pro 👍🏻
Awesome flight and well spoken words^^
Great, very interesting. Thanks Peter.
You are the seagull :-)
My stupid comments :D but sometimes i feel like seagull :D :D
I would change the title from 'Microphone test' to 'Paragliding: Ground Handling, Big ears, wingovers and beach launches' or something descriptive. It really is very useful.
Thank you for tip. I used your idea :)
You have excellent, very instructional videos!
Thanks!
Perfect handling! I am a beginner, learning handling is quite difficult.
Is not that bad :) you have learn how to control yoursel and glider will respect you ;) good luck ! And stay safe ;)
I'm just starting with the ground handling myself. First time out the glider controlled me for sure but I'm working on turning that around. Thank you for the great videos!
That is lovely, keep pushing and you will enjoy sky soon as i do :) Thank you for watching ;)
Oh man, thank you so much!! It's an excellent refresher for me (been grounded for some time - my wing is in other place than me - but soon, it will be reunion :D).
Please, make more of these if you can. It's very useful stuff!!! Bit ground handling tips, even basic stuff; reverse launching techniques, top landings, beach soaring tips or some other advanced. Or have some stached older footage from home (mointain flying, thermaling etc ;)) - bring it on :) Whatever you'd like and have ! It's already awesome. Flying is awesome :D And as a bonus note, really nice coast views & spot! Cheers & hoping for more uploads!! :)
If weather will be right I will do small training stuff from step 1 to pro :D Will take a time :D Thank you for your comments :D Appreciate it !
Peter Holdy Yesss!! :) Btw. do you know about some, not very demanding for beginners (I'm under 50 hrs) spots in Slovakia? Not Tatra of course, but maybe nearby Czech border? Thx in advance!!
Of course i know :D Try find ´´Stranik´´ near ´´Zilina´´ is it near CZ and PL borders and very safe and best site for low airtime pilots :D Check it on my ´´My best paragliding moments´´ I did fly that site on that video :D
Love the vids!! I look forward to seeing your approach from step one. Keep the camera rolling :-)
Loved the video! Thank's Peter.
Thank you ;)
Thanks for this video, it's appreciated mate!

Thank you 🙏 do you know on what minute you saw that staff ? That will help as i have no idea what you trying to ask 😉
I watched this video while eating my lunch. So peaceful. Your site reminds me a lot of my local spot. (Torrey Pines) Do you or the others ever top land next to the cars? oR is that a no-no... Seems like it would be a great place where is this?
Thank you for watching and nice comment, place is near West Bay , UK. Called Eype. I sometimes land next to my car as i am lazy to walk it up. If is busy summer i never land on car park as can be bit silly to do. Never know who is watching you so i try to behave as do not want to loose this site for my lazynes ;)
Hi again,
Maybe too personal so you can ignore it but I’m just wondering how much it cost for your set up, and what’s the ruff price for a beginner and all the kit and equipment?
Thanks
Josh
Brand new everything is bit expensive but like any sport right! As you set up you pay just for fuel to go to places. So wings new up to £3500 , harness up to £900 reserve parachute up to £500, helmet up £100 so about +-£5K plus some fancy toys(instruments,gopros,... ) second hand kit up to £2k maybe less. Training in UK for full qualification Club pilot is 2weeks training and can cost up to £1k , but you buying step by step and is not that bad as it sounds like ! People spending stupid money on Iphones and other stuff 🤣 hope i give you what you was looking for. Take care and do not give up! You will find the way !
16:10 - 16:30 Truer words have never been spoken....
Yes :D When I am on hill, I am the only person playing and having fun with groundhandling!
So where and what club doin need to join? Do you do day membership or reciprocal?
Are you living close to West Bay, Dorset ? Yes you can try Taster day with FlyingFrenzy.com. If you will like it, you will need to finish your training first and after you can join any local club in your area. Many club do reciprocal with close clubs. But you will be BHPA member so you can fly any open sides in UK. Some clubs has members sites only , because of land owners(fragile agrements), or difficul site to fly. Hope this info was helpful for you. Take care;)
Nice, where is this?
UK, Devon, Charmouth to West Bay ;)
