    It’s unsustainable to rely on sheer willpower and motivation to work out regularly. We NEED to make it easier on ourselves!
    If it’s so easy to build bad habits that we don’t want, why not use the same psychology to build good ones?
    Use these 10 tips to effortlessly build a consistent exercise habit! They helped me make regular exercise part of my normal daily routine.
