    Cheesecake, chocolate and ice cream are my downfalls. It is true that when you indulge, you want more. The flesh wants MORE. I have found help in eating more healthy and overcoming my sweet addiction by praying and asking God to help me through the power of the Holy Spirit. I cannot do it on my own. I just do not have the willpower. Thank you for your video. I enjoyed it and found it to be helpful.

    This video was very helpful for me, I go for my yearly check up in a week, last year I weighed 183lbs but today the scale says 167.6lbs and all because of intermittent fasting, thanks for the tips and sharing your experience, Much appreciated!!!!

    Congrats on your achivement. This sounds like keto and fasting combined. I did that and had much success. But missed carbs. Im trying to focus on my micro gut biome and increased fibre now for both health and weightloss but including fasting.

      Thank you, and congrats on your success! Yeah it was like a combo of fasting and low carb/keto without the explicit intention of having high fat intake.
